From the moment I arrived at La Concha in San Juan, I knew my stay was going to be special. Jean checked me in with such warmth and professionalism, making the whole process smooth and welcoming. When I got to my room, I was blown away and it was spotless, beautifully maintained, and the ocean view was absolutely breathtaking. A huge shoutout to Bertrand, the bartender, who truly made my stay unforgettable. Not only did he make the best drinks, but he also went out of his way to make me feel comfortable, always bringing laughter and great energy. His hospitality made me feel right at home.

Prices of the food! And we were accidentally charged $75 for someone else’s bar tab bc someone transcribed the room number incorrectly. They should scan their ban to pay instead of just spewing out room numbers

Prepaid breakfast should have more options to choose from, and it took a while to receive our breakfast.

The room was clean, and staff that came to clean every 2 days did an awesome job. The whole resort is clean. All the staff are professional, polite, and willing to help. Erika at the AQA restaurant was always very welcoming with a beautiful smile. Julio, our waiter for 2 days, was very professional, kind polite, and very welcoming ❤️ look out for both 😀

I came for my 60th birthday and this property was perfect for my needs and my guest needs. We booked 5 rooms and everyone was happy. We will definitely return! The bartenders, housekeeping and overall staff are all Aplus!!!! 10/10

The service at the pool side restaurant was awful. I decided to go to dinner alone only to wait for nearly 15 minutes before a server approached me. I ordered my drink, water and my dinner plus tostones, I had to repeatedly ask for my water or my drink and I never received the tostones.

The hotel room had an ocean view but not balcony and the window in the room did not open. The hotel bars and restaurants are very expensive. Definitely overpriced for what you get. Lastly, one of the hot tubs was not functioning during our stay.

High costs of everything - had a yogurt parfait for breakfast and was $13! Seems a little excessive. Two drinks at the bar was over $40! It made us leave the resort everyday for breakfast and cocktails before or after dinner.

Beach, Pools, Room and Staff. The staff was awesome - everyone was very accommodating, pleasant and professional! Specifically, Ernesto at the front desk was outstanding and made a huge impact on our stay from our check-in to accommodating us several times during our stay. He went above and beyond! Raphael at the concierge desk was also outstanding and very helpful during our stay - with restaurant and day trip recommendations. Several other staff was also excellent day in and day out- your staff is a key asset to the resort and big reason for our wonderful experience at La Concha!
