I did not like the cookware set. The pots were Teflon and their surface were scratched and dangerous to use.

The location was excellent, walking distance to the beach. Private parking and close proximity to the airport and the town.

The bathrooms showers were not clean under the mat inside the tub and inside the oven there was a baking pan with what it seems like pieces of bacon and grease left. The rest of the apartment was amazing, clean, and the location was wonderful to explore the beach and the rest of the northwest area of Puerto Rico. 100% recommend this place.

The property was amazing. I did not stay at A-3 since the owners gave me an upgrade to a place 7 minutes away from the original place. I stayed at Condo Isabela Beach Court 441 and it was amazing. Thank you soo much to Evelyn and the rest of the staff for working with me, understanding the situation with booking and offering me an upgrade. Thank you from the bottom of my heart, 100% recommend this place!

The direction to the apartment were horrible!! we had to call Franco to get clarification because the address was incorrect that was sent to us! you keep sending me a message that is in Spanish and I do not speak Spanish or read it! The keys once we got the lock box open did not open the gate closest to our apartment so we had to take our luggage in the long way around. We had flown in from that day & driven from San Juan to Jobos so we were very exhausted and to have been given poor directions made it worse for an already long day. I haven't seen a refund of my damage deposit & I know we didn't do any damage.

Communication with the property manager was very poor. I messaged them through the Booking.com app to ask if the apartment had running water, since I knew some areas nearby were experiencing outages. I never received a response through that channel. Instead, they would reply using other methods of communication, which made it impossible to speak with them. When it was time to check in, we couldn’t find the necessary information to access the property because, once again, they didn’t respond through the Booking app where I had originally messaged them. The apartment itself wasn’t bad, but the queen bed sheets were too loose and kept slipping off. Overall, I wouldn’t stay here again due to the frustrating communication experience.

The apt is not far from the beach but is not a good beach to swim at. Very rough waves.

The place smelled like grease and I touched the top of the stove and range hood and my finger was all greasy. Place just felt dirty. No pillow cases and had to look for a top sheet. It was not a good stay for $124 plus $50 more for a security fee which I have not been refunded. Refrigerator and range was rusty. Keys did not work with laundry room so I was unable to do my laundry, which was one reason why I booked this place.
