The room was beaten up, mold in the bathroom, long hairs in the floor, generally it was not clean. But they change us to a better clean room.

The staff is great, very friendly and helpful. The music at the restaurant is great the Only place that we could enjoy a meal without loud reguetón. Congratulations for that !!

Breakfast buffet was limited, bread and muffins were poor, no bagels offered and omelette station was average not worth the $30 paid. Issue with continual banging sound in bathroom.

Modern hotel with comfortable rooms, located within short taxi drive from bars and restaurants. Outdoor terrace and pool has nice aspect overlooking Laguna del Conadado.

It would have been nice to have a kettle in the room, and the pillows were too soft.

The hotel is well located, close to the beach and a few restaurants down the street. There is access to 3 pools. The rooms were spacious and clean. The staff was hospitable and friendly.

Not a huge fan of the tiled floors but mainly because we did find it dirty. A little bug crawled in. Also, they charge a resort fee that is on top of what you already paid. You get that at the end after you check out which is crazy because prior, there were already additional charges.

Overall had a great stay. The hotel is beautiful. Parking in the garage is easily accessible. The rooms were spacious and had a mini lounge area. The staff is also friendly! Location is pretty prime in this area.

Location was amazing! Pool and jacuzzi very nice. The view is also great. Breakfast was $25.00 but with really simple options. Room was spacious but bathroom could have been cleaner. In general, I would recommend and stay again in this hotel when back in San Juan!

I asked for water view, and paid for upgrade. I was given a room on the 4th floor, that faced the water but with a very obstructed view. There’s a walkway to the sister hotel across the street, that we were advised to use for access to the private beach. There’s no clear direction on doing so. Once we figured it out, we arrived at a very overcrowded strip of sand. We attempted to have breakfast at one of the restaurants in the hotel, only for the host to spend minutes looking through paperwork to confirm if meal was included in our stay. We ultimately chose to go somewhere else.

Staff was very friendly! Room was a decent size. Nice food & drink options from the bar. The pool and Bay Area were clean and not overcrowded. A lot of great food options within walking distance. Not far from Old San Juan.

We had a leak from the room above. Assume it was fixed but our room wasn’t cleaned. The shower in our room also leaked with water coming out onto floor and into the room. We reported this but it wasn’t fixed before we checked out

Problems with the elevator, every day one elevator doesn't work. Pool lights handle inside the pool. The emergency lights on in the middle of the night, we call the main lobby no one respond.

This location is severely understaffed. The staff tries to do their best, but they cannot manage the rush of people. Checking in was a nightmare and breakfast every morning was okay at best after a 45 min wait in line, even when there were seats available. For $369 a night I would expect a bit more. In addition, while the cleaned the rooms, things like replacing the soap and lotion never occurred. It just felt like they need new management to come and get things running effectively. Like others have said the room was super loud from the road noise. I would not stay here again.
