There was no one answering the intercom at the time of check in. So I had to wait by the door till someone left. The beds were pretty creaky so any time someone/or I moved it made noise.

It’s a nice small hostel located in central Old San Juan. There are 4 bathrooms for the whole hostel(5 rooms w/ 6 beds), I personally didn’t have to wait for any and they were moderately clean. There was a small kitchen but I didn’t use it. Also the ceilings are nice and tall making the space feel bigger.

This place has potential just that they do not reply the booking.com chat which was really frustrating. Toilet shower faucets either missing or loose, needs regular maintenance. Didn’t see anyone manning the reception areas in the morning I was there. I tried to give them feedback on their email but no replies, odd that a hostel does not try to remain contactable.

Great location just 10 min walk from bus terminal ( take bus T5 from the airport) and near the fort San Cristobal. The common areas look aesthetically good. Rooms were clean

The hostel is at an amazing location in Old San Juan. Close to everything. Self check in was very clear and fast. Communication was also a 10+.

Location is great, safe and hostel is very nice and close to plenty of beautiful sightseeing spots, restaurants, cafés, and bars for nightlife. Host was very nice and ready to help anytime. Overall great value for money.

Only 2 of 4 bathrooms were fully usable. The beds could have curtains and be more modern. Before check-in, contact was difficult, without respond to messages. Apart from that there is nothing to find fault with because it is a very charm place

Nice big spacious hostel in a tenement house. Large living room overlooking the vibrant street, TV, chess, books. Well-equipped kitchenette, air conditioning in the rooms.

The bed was very uncomfortable (broken matrass spring), so I had a terrible sleep. I strongly suggest them to renovate beds make guest happier!

Only small things, globally is a good hostel :) No breakfast.It could organise some activities (tourism and social) because they have the potential. Sometimes the air-conditioning was too strong inside the bedroom.

Excellent location in the old town. It is a hostel where we are autonomous, perfect tô bem calm. The check-in and check-out are easy. Clean and nice staff !

There was no staff there at all except the cleaner. I made sure to arrive during the hours where they have a front desk person but I showed up and no one was there to help me so I spent 30 minutes dialing different numbers to figure out how to check in. WiFi only worked in a small part of the living room area, it didn’t reach the rooms at all.

I didn’t like the hot small bathrooms

I liked that the property had lock systems on the doors which made it feel very safe. I like that there was air conditioning aim the rooms. I loved that the property was right in the heart of old San Juan and very nice for a quick stay. Very friendly people.
