this is our second time staying here and we could never get the hot water to work, well the cold water is very cold and where the hot water is supposed to work well it's not as cold as the cold side, but it is still cold

- Shower needs repairs. Very low water pressure and only had hot water briefly once throughout my entire stay.

The shower thermostat was way off! Burning hot water or cold. I didn’t bug out bc I stayed one night and it was late when I was showering and it’s pointless to ruin everyone’s night for one night. But overall super clean great views.

They found a letter that had fallen out of my bag that was very important. And they kept it and I was able to retrieve it.

The staff was helpful and nice (Carly) and the room was what we needed it to be: a place to shower after a beach day and a safe place to sleep. The location is great, the ferry was a few minutes away and the best restaurant in town was right across the street (Zaco’s tacos). A good plus: lockers to put our luggage before checking in and after check out.

The checkin and out was self serve but fairly easy to do. There is no front office staff. Checkout time is 11 which may be quite early. For the extremely high price (high season) the amenities and quality of the facilities is poor.

CULEBRA is not a big island and so most of the hotels, shops and restaurants are located within a few blocks of the hotel. So it is quite convenient. The room and bathroom were clean and comfortable. There is a parking lot on the premises.

No closet space. No sitting area other than the bed. TV was maybe 20 inch with limited channels. No toiletries other than one small hand soap. Water pressure was inconsistent.

When booking, I got 2 options one with parking (specified in the title of the listing). Since I had a car I chose the option with parking and parking the extra fee. Parking was full when I came but the staff was very helpful and helped by moving a golf cart to make space. I was also informed that it is on a first come first serve basis which I couldn't find on the listing and I'm not sure if it warrants an extra charge if it actually is that way. The streets are narrow and there's little space to park, so this might be something to consider before booking.

Everything was clean, the aircon was good and was turned on before we arrived.

Our room, and the location of the hotel was great. It’s nice to have a restaurant downstairs to grab a drink or a bite to eat. The staff at the restaurant was absolutely fantastic. The food was average, but the view of the Bay was great.

They provide only one physical key, which is used on both sides of the door, so the door cannot be unlocked from the inside.

Clean. Great location on the town, walking distance to the port, bars, restaurants, bakeries, etc. Also, it's right by the water, so you have a nice view from certain areas. Easy access to the room. Has a private parking for guests, which is great.

The hotel needs to work on having a proper shower handle. It was loose and could never adjust the temperature as it was impossible to get hot water and that meant cold showers…only once a trickle of scalding hot water came down and in seconds disappeared..we had a party of 3 families and all with the same situation…the place was clean and comfortable and good location besides comfy beds. It just need the water problem solved.
