The lock on the door is really just a small lock, not secure at all. This was the only thing that i did not like. You should be mindful of that, especially if you are a solo female traveler

Absolutely stunning!!! I can not even put into words how breath taking this hotel is! The staff is incredible and so friendly. We loved all the recommendations they gave us! It is steps away from the beach! I will be booking with them for my next trip to San Juan

Mosquitos can be annoying. There are fans to blow them away from some of the key common spaces, but because the hotel is not a fully enclosed indoor space, they are there, so be prepared and bring some repellent.

Dreamcatcher is gorgeous. Walking into the gate is like stepping into another world, somewhere deep in the jungle. The common spaces unwind like a fairytale as you enter, with water features providing a sonic backdrop and myriad lights creating a magical effect. The rooms also have a lot of personality and care. The combination of indoor/outdoor spaces and integration of interior and landscape design makes this hotel very special.

An absolute gem in PR! The pictures don’t even do justice to what you experience. One of the best hotels I’ve stayed, and I can compare to many, as well 5 stars. The hotel is located in a gated community, which means it’s all times very quiet. From your first step into the property you already feel that you are in paradise, starting from the smells ending with the little jungle they created . Attention to details, room size more than generous, comfortable beds and the outdoor shower, my god it makes you want to never leave this place. Superb breakfast, great room service and staff. Loved the fact that when you have a late flight you can enjoy your entire day at the beach and still come back and shower. Ps: the different beach towels every day made always my day, felt like unwrapping every day a new gift . Thank you for the best experience

I can't even begin to describe how beautiful, tranquil and inviting the hotel is, a sanctuary. I only wish I could have stayed longer than one night. The facilities, the friendliness of the staff, the room, the outdoor shower. The hammock! The free coffee, the veggie, and vegan menus. Everything was beyond expectation. It was like being on a retreat. I just can't wait to visit again.

Could use some very very minor touch ups. (Our room door handle was loose).

Completely tucked away on a residential street. Truly a place to relax. The birds chirping, the smell of incense in the morning, the chef on property for breakfast, the convenience and ease of just about anything (beach chairs, food deliver, access to beach, food, and shopping).

The pool could be nicer, also while the bathroom in my room was beautiful the shower in room 8 wasn't my favorite as the tree growing from the ground made standing under the shower head difficult.

This hotel is gorgeous and very relaxing. Easy to find parking in front, only one block to the beach, and really beautiful lobby and rooms.

If you’re a solo female traveler, I recommend opting for an indoor bathroom for added comfort. That said, there’s no need to worry—there are fully equipped bathrooms available throughout the property.

The location is ok until after dark . There were a lot of gun shots going off only 1 to 2 streets over after 9pm. Went on to about 2am. Not sure how safe it is to leave at night so I didn’t but would have liked to feel safe around the outside of property .

Property was great ! Very relaxing , scenery was amazing , really enjoyed the pesto pasta and tea! My favorite thing was the balcony with the stone tub , and hammock. So beautiful!

There were a few issues but not totally under the control of the staff. There was some construction next door and we heard intermittent drilling at sometimes off hours, like first thing in the morning. This is not the greatest when you're trying to relax and wake up late on vacation. There was also nearly constant nightly sounds of coqui frogs, which isn't within the hotel's control obviously but it made it tough to fall asleep. Turning on our Calm app helped. Finally, there were a lot of mosquitoes. This might be an area where the hotel might do a better job of providing citronella candels or spraying the premises to reduce the number of mosquitoes.

The room was wonderful, comfortable, well designed. We were are a bit unsure about the outdoor shower and toilet but it was actually really cool. The common area spaces were also great and the staff was helpful.

Very clean, staff were very friendly. Saw some earlier complaints about the noise but we didn't notice any noise at all. And there was a quiet period between 10pm and 8am. Mosquitos are there as it's all over in San Juan. Not the hotel problem.
