This was such a great place to stay! The owner was very gracious and very accommodating it was very locally convenient to everything. Literally within steps to the beach the locals were fantastic but it was very secure and safe! I can't wait to go back next year!

The location and price made this little studio PERFECT for our pre-cruise stay. The only thing between you and the beach is the pool. Although the view from the room is limited on the ground floor it was the thing we needed. The hostess, Eileen, was top notch. She communicated well before the trip and even checked on us and talked a with security when the island went under a tsunami advisory to make sure we were safe and knew what to do. The location was a short Uber ride from the airport. There’s a cute little beach bar (Lifeguards) with good food nearby. Eileen provided recommendations in Old San Juan also. We had no problem getting a tour pickup from the hotel either. The room isn’t the most sleek and modern but it’s clean and comfy. We’d definitely stay again.

The grounds were very well maintained. Having the ocean view from our porch was amazing! The apartment was a perfect size. Bed was very comfy. The host was great with responding and gave perfect check in directions and for the parking.

It was the perfect location. Pool 10yrd away from my door, and the beach was 30yrds away. Awesome location to many restaurants and bars as well

Only had one key for the studio/beach access.

It is on the 1st floor with a private entrance and a short walk to the beach. Located on a busy strip with lots of restaurants and a a Walgreens across the street.

The studio apartment was conveniently located near everything, and fully equipped with everything you might need to make your stay as comfortable as possible... It's located just a few steps away from the pool, beach, pharmacy and restaurants. The beach was very clean. The host, Eileen was reachable, friendly and answered all of my inquiries immediately. I was very pleased with my stay and the host. The condo is very secure, and i felt safe. I will definitely stay again.

Bathroom and couch need attention.

The host was outstanding! We'll go back. The location was ideal and we were surprised at how quiet it was as we were on the ground floor, had an immediate entrance from the pool. She had all the fun pool/beach toys, umbrellas, sun block, and recommendations. We could take the bus nearby, the building was secure, and the staff was friendly. I felt safe and could relax by the outstanding pool. She took time to meet us to check us in. We landed, hopped on an Uber, and were there in about 10 min - it was amazing! This was so clean! I am pretty sensitive to any smells/mold - she had it sparkling which I am sure is tough on a beach - ground floor! The beach is out the door. It took more time to get out of the gate than it did to jump in the ocean :) The local beach is clean, well groomed, and easy to access.

The room is clean, host responsive. The beach is literally right there and so is the pool there were beach chairs and boards for us to use. This is my second time here and this is the only room I will stay in.

The location was perfect! We were walking on the beach soon after our plane landed, and walked to an excellent restaurant for dinner. We only had one night here, but would have loved to stay longer.
