One elevator and it took a while to get it to my floor.

I loved the location and how near it was to the beautiful beaches….the staff was also very pleasant and my room was nice….And the rooftop was very nice and had beautiful views.

I didn't like that the room was very tiny not like the picture barely had room and the Housekeeper maid the bed like a 5-year-old when she cleaned the room. Room was not up to par need painting and maintained job

The location was excellent. It’s an easy trip from the airport, 5 minute walk to Condado beach and a quick uber ride to Old San Juan.

The hotel has a great location and very budget friendly especially for a solo traveler who wants a privacy and hostel is ot an option. However, the hotel needed some minor makeover because it has a lot of potential. The rooftop area has a great view with a jacuzzi and the staff was nice and helpful. With slight problem I would still stay here again when it comes to price and location.

Could do with a bit of a refresh. Bed was noisy but comfortable, decor was a bit dated. Roof terrace again was good but felt old and not used - could be amazing but still good value

Walkable distance to Condado beach and Santurce Art street. Near bus stops to Old San Juan and Isla Verde. Many restaurants around there. Nice rooftop sitting area with a jacuzzi. Super helpful staff.

Only complaint I have is that someone tried to open my door in the middle of the night. Very scary as a female traveling alone

Hotel no longer has breakfast on roof that was reason that first booked it. Only ice machine on roof in space that was previously used for breakfast service.

Good location for access to airport and cruise ships. Near Condado with restaurants and bars.

The absence of an onsite restaurant. Moreover, I think the rooftop bar should be re-opened as it would provide a casual hang out area for persons who may wish to relax late afternoon into the evening. I do not always feel like going outside to have a drink or a snack.

Its convenient location and the clean well maintained rooms. The staff were also very pleasant and quite responsive to the couple minor concerns I expressed.

This message is for the owner of the hotel. Stop being cheap. The desk was painted white. Everything was so sticky on it. Fix the elevator buttons, pressure wash the carpets in the hallway that thing was so black I was scared to walk on it. The ice maker on the Rooftop....no first clean the Rooftop Bar, please. Those mattresses are from the 90s they feel like I'm sleeping on wood. DO BETTER

The people are wonderful. The hospitality of Puerto Rico is unmatched. I would give them 1000 stars if I could. They are so welcoming. Kudos.

The temperature in common areas is insanely cold. The whole hotel needs a renovation. The desk in the room was sticky.

Location near the beach and at a walking distance from restaurants and supermarket. There´s a free bus which drives you to old San Juan and Isla Verde. Uber is also a good and not expensive option. The room was pretty basic but with hot water, safety box and TV, and most of all it looked clean. Nice and helpful staff. We didn´t use the jakuzi.

For me comfy beds are important, so suggest these be upgraded, shower fittings could also be upgraded. But were functional.

It’s stayed that breakfast should be included when it wasn’t. Jacuzzi on the roof top was not cleaned. I would have love to get in at night time.

Rooms were cleaned. Quiet location. Everything is close by. Beach was a 5 min walk we really enjoyed.
