Hard to recall.

The house accommodated my family of 6 and could have had another family of 6 with us. My mom and dad utilized the bottom apartment. We were 1.5 blocks from the beach and there were tons of eating options within walking distance. Juan Carlos, the host, was more than gracious and welcoming. He was very thorough with the introduction.

No seating inside other than the beds, but outdoor seating area compensates for this Driveway entrance has a bump that will scrape the bottom of your car if you don’t angle in.

Easy walking distance of excellent beach where you can rent kayaks and snorkeling gear. Also cool trails through the vegetation and even to Laguna Grande. Free parking. Kitchen with large fridge and cooking equipment. Good shower and comfortable bed. Pool table and outdoor seating, eating, and recreation area. DirecTV and streaming apps.

It is not far from 2 beautiful beaches and less than half an hour from Ceiba and the ferry to Culebra / Vieques. The accommodation is cleanly renovated and well equipped for self-catering.

The only could be better was have more time to spend on this fabulous property. We will be back soon and my family in Puerto Rico are impress with the amenities and price of the house. Amazing deal.

Everything accessible in a bit, supermarket, restaurant, activities, brilliant. The beach right steps from the house don't need your car. Fill save all the time. The owner available any time. Priceless.

The only sad thing was no have more time to stay and enjoy my time in La Casona Beach in Fajardo PR.

My best experience rental House. Juan Carlos is a very detail and professional host you can wish would have in your rental home. We will be back. 100% recommended to my family and friends. Restaurants and beach walking distance from the house. The lighthouse steps from you. Perfect location and spotless clean facilities. LOVE IT.

There are many reasons to recommend staying here: its proximity to the most beautiful beach on the northern shore (only a 5 minute walk away from Seven Seas Beach), the wide range of locally run restaurants also within walking distance (2 minutes away), the natural wonders (Bioluminescent Laguna Grande) and the sounds of Coqui in the night are just a few. The apartment is well maintained and clean and has everything you need in terms of kitchen equipment and appliances, towels etc., but the best reason to stay here would be the host. Juan was always reachable and very helpful, friendly and forthcoming. It was a pleasure staying at his accommodation during our time on the Island, and my wife and I would love to be able to stay here again if and when we make it back. A thoroughly enjoyable and hopefully repeatable time.

Convenient to everything that we were doing. Excellent restaurants nearby. House was clean and Juan was a great host.

Be aware that the ground floor apartment is pretty small. Look at the photos for it very closely. There's no inside place to sit unless you're sitting on the bed. You have the small kitchen space (which was fine), but then it's just the bathroom and bedroom. I didn't realize this, having fawned over pictures that in hindsight were mostly the upstairs apartment. We'd go back but we'd get the upstairs unit because it would be great to relax and spread out a little more. It would have been nice to have more space to open up a few pieces of luggage rather than on the beds. The closet is large enough that it could easily accommodate a couple foldable luggage racks.

The owner was very friendly and helpful, and the place was bright and clean. Excellent location and an easy walk to everything we wanted to do while there.

Too many locked doors you had to have, too many keys. Mattresses were like laying on springs! View was not beach,campers everywhere! Good restaurants in the area!

Neighborhood bar Chaichitos plays pounding dance music thursday-sunday night. People seem to leave dogs guarding properties that also bark all night. Beds are uncomfortable, but ok. Bring earplugs.
