Beautiful spot. Very peaceful and I took a very sound nap in the afternoon rain. Between the rain in the birds it was so soothing. I saw in the reviews that breakfast was available on request. Best breakfast I've had in PR for a very good price. Highly recommended. The hosts are lovely and very helpful. They helped me plan my route to Jayuya since Maps will sometimes send you on bad roads in that area. I was in town to see music in Arecibo, it was only 20 min away, lovely to get back to the peaceful mountainside and then enjoy time in the mountains the following day.

I didn't bring my fishing gear. Not a big deal for me as I was just recharging after a long day, but if you are planning on spending most of the time at the property, fishing at the river would be a great activity, particularly if you have kids.

The hospitality of the hostess stands out. The location was great for me. The full fitted kitchenette works great. It was a wonderful place to recharge after spending the day traveling through the area. I strongly recommend using the food service offered by the owner, food is excellent and with a fair price.

Our stay at Casa De Campo was amazing. The hosts were very friendly and did some cute gestures like leaving us water coffee fruits and snacks, bingo and puzzle to pass the time in the evening, since there is not much to do in the area at night. The small Xmas tree was so cute!! The location was so peaceful and serene, its a bit hard to find but the host gave us good directions and there is a sign at the exit and then you continue going down straight until you find a rock with Puerto Rico Flag.We also asked the host to prepare us a breakfast which is not included in the price and it was so yummy!! Its not a luxurious place to stay , its a cute village apartment.Too bad we had to stay one night only

I couldn't find a way to turn the AC down in the bedrooms. The owner probably leaves it on to control moisture in the rooms, and although it was at a reasonable level, I was still a little cold at night.

The owners were friendly and extraordinarily helpful. The apartment was flawlessly clean, and just the right size for our group of three. There was extra water in the fridge (although maybe somebody else left it?), as well as fresh towels and extra soap. Also it is located right between the hills and forests of Utuado, and the beaches of Arecibo. The apartment is tucked back in a quiet neighborhood. We had all-hours access via the front gate, and it was easy to come and go without (hopefully) disturbing the owners downstairs.

What a wonderful place. A hidden gem in a rural village along the river that flows from Lagos Dos Bocas. For us the perfect jumping off place for an early morning birding visit to Bosque Rio Abajo. There were even numerous birds in the yard of their place. Very kind and attentive hosts.

Initial communication with the owner was very difficult, as we did not receive answers to our messages. The place is really difficult to find without a navigator on your car. Once there we had to wait until one neighbour managed to contact the owners, as the gate was closed. Luckily we had cash, because European credit cards were rejected, unlike all other situations we have encountered.

Nice and quiet place in the woods. The apartment was big and nice. The internet connection, once the initial problems solved by the owners, was good. Breakfast was not included but there was a coffee machine and biscuits, which was sufficient for us.

We liked everything. It would be great if a breakfast was included in the stay so one could experience a Puerto Rican breakfast. The location is rather remote so having a food option would be wonderful.

The quiet location and rural location. This would be a perfect place for a bed and breakfast.
