Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. United StatesThe internet connection wasn't the best. Luckily, I didn't need it. It may be one feature that the hotel management should look into. Other than that, I cannot help but rate this hotel highly and I hope that I can stay here once again.
Situated next to the Department of State of Puerto Rico, the Armas Hotel is in close proximity to many of Old San Juan's best sites, restaurants, and bars, including Verde Mesa, which is the first farm-to-table restaurant in Puerto Rico. The rooms are newly renovated and very spacious. The water pressure was very nice and the air conditioning was very good after being out for the whole day. An added benefit is that your hotel key serves as a key fob at night, allowing you to easily access all main entrances and elevators without needing a separate card or code.

United StatesThere was no window in the room but that really isn't a big problem... The room and the whole facility are super clean and convenient, the bed is very comfortable, and we spend a lot of time outside anyway so that really wasn't a problem.
The staff is just amazing!! Everyone is really nice and attentive, even the owner is very welcoming and really cares. Edgard at the front desk was so patient and helped me plan my whole trip, checked available rooms in other places on the island and tickets to the ferry, gave me great tips... He made my trip! Thank you❤️
