The bed in camper number 1 was really uncomfortable. The mattress is extremely thin, enough to where you can feel the wood planks below it. This was not the case from camper 2 though, we recommend that one if you’re only renting one. The location is definitely on a steeep hill, we recommend renting a jeep. If you do, what we wish we would have knows is that if you rent from Carlos Jeeps, they will coordinate to meet up with you or drive the jeep to you when you arrive on the ferry. So definitely recommend coordinating with them ahead of time.

We reserved the two campers on the property. We loved the views, the campers had great AC, mini fridge, microwave and the necessities for the two nights we were there.

Some amenities need to be updated. Also, the common areas need more illumination and additional attention to the client when they request early check-in.

The shower had no curtain, making it a little dangerous and a fall risk. The kitchen facilities weren't very clean and not enough utensils and/or supplies. The area with the table by the cottage can use an umbrella for some shade.

It is a very nice and cozy place to spend the night. The bed was very comfortable and clean. After a long day throughout the island, we got a very good rest. Very good parking and a wonderful hammock.

Communication could be better / quicker. There was no remote for the AC and it took almost 3 hours to get in touch with the host. They’re not on site which is not a big deal as long as you reply promptly especially when you know guests are checking in.

Absolute gorgeous location with stunning views. Quiet and remote on top of a hill. We got a free upgrade since the house keeper for our booked cottage apparently didn’t show up. The host called us just before departing Ceiba with the ferry.

The pictures shown on the site are only a small preview. The views were exceptionally beautiful. We even were visited by a beautiful deer from a distance and a beautiful peafowl (peacock) in the morning. The sunrise and the area is breathtaking. Everything was very clean and the staff on grounds were very friendly. The campers had everything we needed for our stay. The rustic spa look of the showers brings you to an encounter with nature.

Advertisement said camper had a bathroom but we were told we couldn’t use the camper bathroom and the door to it was locked. Wasn’t prepared for cold showers.

The bathroom was outside of the room. Very inconvenient to utilize the restroom at nite in the dark to go outside to go to the restroom. The cabin was extremely small and there was no tv and the wifi was not working properly.
