Everything was amazing! I was very surprised that there was a bowling alley in the hotel itself. The beds were so comfortable that as soon as I put my head on the pillow, I fell asleep immediatately. The breakfast had a huge selection and was really delicious.

Swimming pool and indoor playarea is great for children. Staff is very helpful and friendly. Restaurant serves delicious food with good prices. Room is spacious and location is very close to train station. I highly recommend for families 🙂

Pub is open only Fri and Sat, if you want to buy pizza or something simple, there is no possibility. Restaurant is great and food is exellent but children often prefer pizza 😉 some lights did not work in the room

The wifi is not very fast and only 1 person at the same time can stream. Restaurant should focus on a couple of well prepared dishes instead of offering over 20 different main dishes.

Very friendly staff. The room was comfortable and well heated. Breakfast was superb and on Sunday it was even à la carte. There is a lot of things to do in the hotel (fitness, bowling, billiard, spa etc.). Even the restaurant is ok to have something small to eat. Location is ok, outside of the city and quiet. And plenty of parking space.

They closed the bar area very early for a hotel - 9pm when you still could be serving food and drinks just seems mad.

On the restaurant outdoor seating /balcony area, I went to take photos, many pieces of plastic decking were broken with holes making easy to twist your ankle. Also lovely bathroom but shower head holder at waist height so you have to hood shower above your head.

Staff is friendly. English spoken from some of them. Spa with sauna and fitness/training room included.. Free parking. Rooms with balcony.

That's f****ing amazing experience I've ever had. I checked in. Was ready to sleep before 10pm. And I heard someone playing bowling alley downstairs. Nonstop. It was super loud and clear that I couldn't fall asleep at all. I called reception. Asked when they'll stop bowling. She said midnight, “u can go sleep then “,that’s what the reception told me.I was really shocked!!! I paid for it to sleep and rest,when i was disturbed by noise,u ask me to wait till midnight??? anyway I waited till midnight,they didn’t finish. I called again like 5min after midnight, asking why still sounds, the lady replied me in a very impatient and rude attitude:”yes yes they’re finishing “. I told her that if they think it’s more important to have bowling clients than hotel clients,maybe they should change their entire hotel into bowling alleys. Well obviously the hotel they don’t give a f**k about me at all. That’s the worst hotel I’ve ever been to. Already gave 1 star score in google map, and will not come back again for rest of my life.

They had a problem with contaminated water, no shower but given large bottle water. The reason we chose there was the sauna, massage and billiards room. Sauna and massage were closed. The billiard room was not open first day and the whole hotel closed at 10pm...no coffee or food and drinks. Was very disappointing

The breakfast was lovely and rooms clean, billards when open was fun
