The house is a little outdated, there is dust and spider webs here and there. You can hear the neighbors. Cleanliness could be better.

Good location (close to the mountain trails, 20 mins. by foot to the center, shops and restaurants nearby). Nice and friendly owners. Single room is tiny, but there is a bathroom and a kettle. The house has a soul 😊

Little things that would have made it better would be things like soap and a little bit more more modern furnishings etc but had a rustic charm on the positive side

The accomodation was good for one night. We had a big group and we wanted good location that was cheap. It was very basic but clean enough. Hosts were nice :-)

If you're looking for a trendy place with modern furniture and brand new equipment then this is not for you. This pension is in an old house owned by an old man so the rooms and other facilities show signs of ageing. However, it's clean and comfortable. The shared kitchen is very well equipped. The owner could be more professional but we could sort things out.

They turned off the central heating at 18.00 hours and I froze... ;-) I would much prefer it if we had not any language problem.

The owner and the staff are very very nice... In general, it is a nice place to stay. Quite and almost in the middle of wilderness.

Uncomfortable bed, can hear everything through the walls, no towel provided, only cash is accepted, extremely small living quarters.

No heating throughout the night in the winter, can you imagine this? The outside is below 0°C and we pay 900+ PLN for 2 night stays(3 persons room), c'mon you can't be kidding. Another thing is, the shower head was nearly disfunctioned and really needs a new refurbishment. Had to stand for few minutes to adjust the water temperature while freezing or accidentally being burned, because the adjustment holders just doesn't have a label or whatever that shows which direction to increase or decrease volume lol. The toilet bowl has worst flushing, had to flush AT LEAST 4 times to clean completely whenever we took a 'big one'. Also, the toilet door has no lock.... WHY? To the owner: Please just take advice from the review section and consider refurbishment, this way you can earn customer trust and earn way more money in the future. 🙏

Nice looking and spacious room. Helpful staff when it comes to giving information about WiFi Password etc(not necessarily to access WiFi in 'Public Area').

The service level was excellent. Even the woman who greeted us was very friendly and cheerful. However, the management spoke to us very rudely. We mentioned that we wanted to stay the next day and were ready to pay, but they told us to pay and leave. They tried to get rid of us. We struggled to make our payment.

My whole body ached when I woke up in the morning because the bed turned off in the middle. The Wi-Fi was not connected. The guests were talking all night in the next room. Breakfast was not served and downtown was far away. They said it was a garden view, but the windows were small, so they couldn't see the garden. The TV didn't work either.

The surrounding landscape was good.

I don't recommend it. The price does not meet at least the minimum standards. The whole environment is Soviet, the wardrobe was broken, the bed was uncomfortable, the bathroom was terrible, everything was outdated. There was no heating, although it was the end of October, it was quite cool. An electric heater was left in the room and it was not working. The rosettes are broken. There were no towels, no soap. Not worth it.

The main reason that we were disappointed was a fact that the rooms were not clean. There were hairs on bedding and everywhere in the bathroom. There was also distinct bad smell, which indicated that the rooms were not cleaned properly.
