Room was really small and wasn't soundproof - a very noisy group of people was in the corridor early in the morning, the noise was heard in the room and really couldn't sleep.

Quiet location in the middle of the woods and close to the lake. Helpful staff. Clean room. Onsite restaurant. Pet-friendly (a small extra fee).

Very attractive and natural beautiful surroundigs, big and clean lake, beach, boats for rent. Excellent restaurant with airconditionig. Large free parking. Bar with drinks and local beer , meals can be enjoied on the restaurant's terrace. Pets are accpted

The room was old. Not enough sockets, so if you want to watch tv and charge your phone at the same time - no go. There was a socket behind the bed but you need to move the bed to get in to it.

The location was good and the area and facilities. There was a nice beach nearby and enough to do for kid. Very nice place in general.

Disappointed with the rooms - the rooms were a major letdown. The comfort level was minimal, and the furnishings were reminiscent of a dorm room, albeit a clean one. Unfortunately, there were no toiletries provided in the bathroom, which was an inconvenience. The Wi-Fi was weak and unreliable. Considering the price, the overall experience was quite disappointing.

The location is absolutely stunning! There is a lake, a beach with a permanent bar, boat rental, a volleyball court, a children's playground, and even tennis courts. The surroundings are beautifully landscaped. The restaurant is not bad, and the breakfasts are delicious. It is about 16 km from Suwalki by car. Parking is free.

Staff doesn't speak in english so it is hard to comunicate. There is no air conditioner in the room, so it was very very hot and hard to sleep with all the heat.

Initially got one double bed instead of two single ones. Not cool as we were two blokes that were not that close :). Booking.com system showed me clearly that I booked two single, however the hotel receptionist had a printout that said two singles OR one double. The room had an extension with another double bed there, the receptionist after some deliberation and persuasion agreed to give me a key so we can use it. It took me 4 trips to reception and sequential different key trials to actually get into the room. So all ended ok, however the experience was not pleasant.

It was at a perfect location for my needs, reception 24/7.

The room is old and needs updating. The food was very greasy. They allowed dogs inside where we were eating. The shower. Also the laundry soap is fragrant and the towels smell terrible.

The property is beautiful and is near a lake that is also very nice. There are boats a kayaks that would be fun to use. They let us check in early.
