The main issue being smokers. The rooms can be very heavy with the smell of smoke. Not all but some. The staff were happy to help accommodate this but this is something the hotel needs to look at.

No specific parking for vehicles, room locks need to be updated as still using old lock with keys, breakfast buffet need to be improved as quality does not match with the price

There's a problem with noise, both from the inside and the outside. The hotel is on a busy street and the windows are not soundproof, meaning that a lot of street noise could be heard. The door is not soundproof either, and I could hear the noise from the corridor even after midnight. I suggest replacing the door and the windows.

The hotel is located on a block with several shops and restaurants only two minutes walk from a metrobus stop. The hotel accepted my reservation on a very short notice. The breakfasts were complimentary and I also didn't have to pay for a dinner (which was tasty). The staff was helpful. My room didn't have 400 m² as advertised, more like 15 m². The room was clean. After the checkout, I was able to store my backpack in the hotel. And they allowed me to use the hotel lobby, washroom and I even got a hot tea when I got drenched during a storm. There was hot water in the shower, the air conditioning is a bit noisy but does the job.

Room stunk and wasn't clean properly. Bed sheets weren't clean, I think the bed have mites. I couldn't sleep all night due to itching. Breakfast aswell not good.

I liked the service overall. The hotel is very basic, yet comfortable and clean. The staff is very polite, always eager to help and provide for you. I loved the cute corridors, the paintings and the wall decors immensely. The washrooms were spacious and hygienic which was a huge plus.

* The hotel is in an old building, there is only one old elevator for the entire hotel and it is super small, with place for a maximum 3 people (very tight). * The dining area was unclean, especially the tables that were always dirty when I went down to have breakfast. The staff sat behind the restaurant counter without cleaning the tables after the guests left. Super unhygienic. * The day before my arrival, I sent a message to the hotel via Booking.com asking for an airport pickup. I waited and waited and I didn't receive any message back. The next day, when I left Nepal and arrived in Islamabad, the airport was tense because of the attack that same day on Kashmir. I was walking around the airport trying to withdraw money, the ATM wouldn't accept my cards, the guards were scanning my luggage and my body all the places I went and no place to buy a SIM card. At the end I was lucky because a very friendly local guy called the hotel who then sent a driver and the situation was resolved. I was very stressed and irritated because the heat was unbearable and there is no air conditioning in the airport. Once you pick up your bag from the baggage claim area and leave, you have to stand in the Pakistani heat.

* The hotel is located in a safe area of ​​Islamabad called Blue Area, within walking distance to the best mall in Islamabad called Centaurus. * I stayed in a Queen Room with private bathroom on the fourth floor. The room was spacious and clean but with old furniture. The bed was large and the bathroom was old. Since there were no curtains, when I took a shower, the toilet and the bathroom floor got all wet. * Breakfast with typical Pakistani food. * The hotel staff are very helpful, especially the receptionist. * The hotel provided a kettle for my room so I could make my own coffee.
