Everything was neat and tidy — from the rooms to the washrooms. The management clearly pays attention to detail. It’s hard to find places this clean and well-organized at such affordable rates.

Shugufta Hotel was a great choice for our Murree trip. The location is perfect — close to Mall Road but still peaceful enough to relax. The room was clean, spacious, and had a beautiful view of the mountains. The staff was extremely courteous and made sure we felt at home throughout our stay. The heating worked well (a big plus in Murree!), and the food was fresh and tasty. It’s a comfortable place for families, couples, or anyone looking for a budget-friendly yet quality stay. I would definitely stay here again on my next trip to Murree!

A hidden gem in the mountains! The scenery is breathtaking, and the wooden cabins are cozy and warm. The food served in the restaurant was homemade and delicious. Would be great if they offered shuttle service to and from the nearest town. Also, more signage on the hiking trails would improve the overall experience.

Need to pay more attention to washrooms

Upon arrival at the hotel, I was informed that there were no vacant rooms available, despite having a confirmed booking. After raising my concerns, the staff offered me a standard room temporarily, assuring me that both of my booked king-size rooms would be ready within an hour. However, they later changed their statement and attempted to assign me two standard rooms instead, while still charging me for the king-size rooms I originally booked. This was extremely disappointing and unprofessional.

To be very honest I didn’t like property at all and management were too much rude as I’ve booked my stay 1 days before my arrival but on arrival I came to know that they don’t have any spare room and they didn’t accept my booking and tell me we aren’t answerable to Booking.com. One of my worst trip just because I couldn’t mange another hotel to stay and I’ve to cancelled my trip and got back on same late night around 1am to Islamabad

They were too unprofessional and Booking.com should erase such hotels from their list
