Linen and Bed Mattress need to improve. A set of towel supplies was limited and supplied on demand. One of the family's parked vehicles behind my car could not move, and it took 2 hours to clear the path. The check-out time was observed at 12 noon.

Breakfast was not included. A rider was available to cater to your request with Tip money. Water seepage near the Bathroom.

In studio. The inverter is way off the bed, it's in the kitchen area it gets really cold, i visited in march and couldn't sleep all night due to cold, for summers its a great room but for winters no no..specially not with kids.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Ortus in Murree and I can confidently say that it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment I arrived, I was captivated by the stunning views that this hotel had to offer. The first thing that struck me was the breathtaking scenery. The hotel is strategically located in a picturesque location, offering panoramic views of the majestic mountains/hills. My room was no exception to this visual treat. The room itself was impeccably clean and comfortable, providing a luxurious retreat. All rooms had en suites as well as A/Cs with inverters which was extremely pleasant. The beds at the hotel were exceptionally comfortable, providing a restful night's sleep. The hotel care takers were not only friendly and accommodating but also knowledgeable about the area. They provided excellent recommendations for local attractions and dining options, enhancing my overall stay. The amenities at Ortus were top-notch as well and every moment was a moment of relaxation and indulgence. I had troubles with payment due to me being a UK citizen and banks in Pakistan limiting international payments. However, the boss was very helpful in providing alternative methods of payment and was patient all the way through. The boss went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable, offering assistance and valuable recommendations that truly enhanced our experience. In conclusion, my stay at Ortus was nothing short of extraordinary. The brilliant views that this hotel offers are a true masterpiece of nature. If there are any international people that will be staying here i recommend asking the caretakers for alternative methods of payment to allow for efficient and trouble free transactions.

It was all good!

The apartments are well designed and maintained. Having our own kitchen was a blessing. Loved the outdoor BBQ setup. The location is great as it is away from all the crowded place in Murree which we really wanted to avoid yet close by and we could easily make it to Mall road for Dinner. We forgot our charger and the staff came all the way to main road just to drop it off. Thank you for an amazing stay, we would love to come back in winters.

Bad location, badly maintained and wasn't properly cleaned.

It was badly maintained and wasn't properly cleaned. We curtailed our stay from the to one day and requested to booking. Com to amend out earlier reservation, which was thankfully approved.

I would give almost 10/10 to everything. The last road leading to the destination was a little bumpy, but other than that, everything was excellent.

Everything was exactly how it shown in the pictures and videos, in fact even better. The staff was very friendly and always available. Mall road was very accessible so we never had any issues with the food or anything else. The place itself was super clean and very very well furnished

I stayed here with my family and I must admit that this is one of the best places in Murree if one is looking for some real peace time. It was easy to get to the location as their staff was excellent at guiding us over the phone. They had inverter heating system in every room which came to me as a surprise. They have a small tucshop at doorstep and rider is available to get you food or anything from anywhere which was a blessing as I could not afford to go out with my toddlers in cold. We enjoyed watching netflix at night and having BBQ in the balcony. All in all our experience was amazing and I would highly recommend.
