The room and facilities are of good quality, but they charged me more than expected.

This hotel charged me an extra 300, saying, "I know my work; I do this daily." However, I had confirmed my booking to be around 1500.

Facilities at the hotel was below expectation like there wasn't a towel, soap, charging plug was damaged, no extra cushion, single blanket only and most probably no drinking water in the room.

I liked the room space and there was parking spot in the hotel.

Didn't give us the booked rooms instead made other arrangements with smaller rooms under same charges. No parking, No room heater, very thin blankets, dirty & smelly blankets, dirty bathrooms, broken furniture, uncomfortable beds, no drinking water.

That it was cheap and the staff was somewhat co-operative. Also it had the facility of hot water in bathrooms.

I stayed in room no 107-- Hotel was not standard as meet to other standard comparison of hotel ... The stairs, washroom was not clean, the staff was not trained, just as an ordinary boys.

We are given a room on the 3rd floor. It was too cold and the blanket was stinky and not good according to weather conditions. There was no hot water available, the room was not properly cleaned and cigarette buts were there. After 2 hours, they started some maintenance work and a machine was running for an hour which also disturbed our sleep. Then we were unable to sleep again so we checked out.

The electricity issue, AC turned off almost every hour, Lack of safe parking. furthermore they charged more for the room that was 3000.

I booked online and facilities mentioned included air conditioned. I booked and when i went to the location they demanded 500 extra if i want air-conditioned room. Which is very unfair

The hotel doesn't look like as in the pictures. It is located in a narrow street off a main road that is a mess and smells of dump. It was extremely hard to find this place, the staff refused to book the room at the price Booking.com reserved. The Staff was rude with no manners at all and the hotel reception was a filthy small desk at a corner. DON'T GO THERE ESPECIALLY WITH FAMILIES

This is not a legitimate hotel for travellers but a flop house for local down and outs. I made a reservation through Booking.com several weeks in advance and sent numerous messages requesting information and got zero replies. Upon arrival at the scheduled date and time I was met at the door by a disheveled man who informed me that there were no rooms available despite my insistence that I had a standing reservation. No explanation was given, no assistance to find new accommodation just continued repeating one word "no". This listing is a scam and should not be considered under any circumstance.

This hotel no good for family because area Police department people come and check family people asking many questions why you coming lahore city police officer asking so many questions about family. Also hotel staff involved with police they call police station come to visit hotel and check family people. I recommend please don't book this hotel with family.
