Interior was so boring and old, it must be improved with facilities such as mineral water, toilet paper and towels. I paid extra at the property although I was not expecting. I would be more happy if I knew before not when I was checking out.

The first room I got was horrible but the staff upgraded my room from Deluxe to Executive suits with discount price which was really comfortable and decided to prolong my stay. The staff was really nice and cooperative and made me feel like a home.

TV should be smart. AC was not well maintained. Iron charges were exuberantly high.

The price point and the facilities. The location was perfect they had a microwave and fridge in the room.

They didnt pick call on the number that is given on website. I reserve my booking at reception and when i booked staff said that room is in cleaning process so wait, i waited there for one hour. If you guy pickup the phone so we may came to now that when rooms will be ready and we may dont have to wait.

There were some broken things in the room like the faucet, shower door, cabinet etc. The towels were not the cleanest, had many spots

The cleanliness of the rooms could be better. Everything else is excellent.

It was overall a good stay. I did not stay for long but had to pay for the whole day. There should be an option for variable stays.

Textiles in room were not clean and not changed.

Staff is helpful and flexible. Rooms are comfortable. WiFi, hot water works well. In rooms where A/C heating did not work they provided us with heaters. Breakfast is simple but ok.

There are no cold drinks available and also no one offered to bring it so i had to go and bring them myself which was not so nice and the water bottle here is really expensive.

The location is very nice and the staff is responsive you can call them anytime. Also the breakfast was very nice

The furniture items are little old and need repairing or replacement. Bedding items were clean but seemed to be much used.

Location is very good to visit places in Lahore. The staff is welcoming and available round the clock.

There are no shops in the vicinity, not their fault. I want to buy fruits when I am travelling. Can't get those in the neighborhood or anything else needed.

They went out of the way and got bran bread for me. But not many options for breakfast. The staff is very nice. Rooms are clean. Furniture is new. Washrooms are clean. Overall, comfortable stay.

We have stayed at this property several times even in the same room but this time around it was not that great of an experience. The room was freshly prepped up since it was occupied just before our booking. The cleaning staff perhaps did not change the sheets nor the blanket in a rush. The blanket itself looks too old and clumsy, definitely would recommend a dry clean every now and then. Bedsheets, pillows etc were changed promptly so Kudos there. To make the matters worse, I killed two spiders wandering on the bed and at the same time I feel the place is infested with bed bugs as we have bug bite sores, itchiness and irritation almost all over our body.

Stayed in room 101. The cutlery was not washed properly. The lining was not refreshed. We Men found hairs on it. The AC was working fine but the filter wasn't clean. So we asked the staff to clean it. And they cleaned it swiftly. The washroom was clean but there was no exhaust fan in it.

The location was very perfect. All of the restaurants and shopping outlets were within walking distance. The breakfast was served well and early in the morning.

I didn’t find it a family friendly place. Lots of males sitting idly and unwanted disturbances and unwanted stares. Reception has privacy issues that is why I would not bring my wife or family. The service for food could be improved, I was charged extra money and no receipt was given to me after I ordered a pizza and Pepsi and some other food. I don’t mind paying but asking money without receipt is not good. Staff at counter should be asked.

Location and convenience, best for males and solo traveler.

The room was very close to the reception and the kitchen I could hear each time the reception phone rang and when staff and guests talked.

Good and decent staff. Clean room and washroom. Good furniture. Good location.
