You have to bring food etc with you on your way because you have to go far away to buy even a single match box. so plan accordingly

Privacy and environment of the place was quite good and the place was totally isolated. Hot water is available 24/7, Rooms are of good size, Terrace is spacious and barbecue facilities are also available at the property

Washrooms are pathetic @ comodes & kitchen are pathetic very dirty and unable to use. Also there is only 1 heater in apartment which is not enough for manage temperatures.

Everything is good like location, facilities, rooms furniture, tv lounge & accessories.

The sitting lounge sofa was new good but with very big patches of child urine probably. Bathrooms was OK but not properly cleaned. The road to apartment is bit

It was house so wasn't on the main road like hotels it was in the locals residential area. The sofa was very dirty such that we didn't even sit on it, the bathrooms needed some repair, also in December winters there was only 1 small heater inverter on the wall in the lounge which was not enough in case you have kids, good thing we brought our own heater

There were 3 bedrooms with attached bathrooms, a big lounge with dinning table and sofa, 2 kitchens, cutlery and cooking ware, also a big porch with BBQ setup. The view was exceptional from the porch. Also very good value for money for alot of guests.

Bath room of one bed room is not in working condition ... And kitchen drainage system is not good....

I like the facilities there in lodge like hot water.BBQ terrace.kitchen with oven stove .. WiFi . TV etc..keep it up

There where some contructionwork going on in the area at the time when we stayed in this exellent lodge.This coused muddy road close to the property but i belive it will be fine as soon as this work is finished😊

Improve your kitchen please

The location is perfect if you want to stay on cool and calm space. PC bhurban, chinar golf resort and gharyal camp are within 10 minutes ride so that makes this guest house a perfect stay for friends and families.

The rooms and bathrooms need serious maintenance and looked like they hadn't been clean for weeks and were full of dust and md. There was no toiletries provided and the bedsheets and kitchen were both filled with little white bugs and spots of green

Room area

Location bad, deep inside mountain area without proper road and no sign board, no eating stuff there. Rooms seems good but surrounding no guests..no facilities seems, rates reasonable but being with family we have to choose bit running area and for food u can't go up and down in mountain. Again. So we stayed opulent that was good but overe charge.

room heaters could have been better,, as that is the only thing which was missing,, rest all are perfect, clean, coozy, comfortable, good calm location,, Owner is very co operative.

Location is quite good, away from the crowd,, beautiful location,, It was in fact more then our expectations,, only once thing I would suggest them is to have the facility of heater in all rooms.

It was AWESOME, rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this place, We are still missing the time we spent there.

The location was a bit tricky to get to but once there the view made up for it. Would definitely recommend staying there. The staff was lovely.
