Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. They offered free breakfast and you could order up to 10 things for free. Great breakfast for European people. After we did the checkout theu kept the bags all day for us. SingaporeNothing actually. Hamsun's hospitality can rival that of any 5 Stars hotels in Karachi. To top this up, they are also reasonably priced. I am greatly impressed with Hamsun. A hidden gem in Karachi and an epitome of Pakistani hospitality.
I spent 6 nights at Hamsun Shahral-e-Faisal and totally enjoyed my stay.The hotel is situated at a very good location. There are alot of restaurants, banks and businesses around. It is placed off Shahral Faisal road hence you are relieved from the noise of heavy traffic from the main road. You can always listen to birds chirping around the premises and the beautiful call of azan during prayer times. The hotel has lots of potted plants around, which is very calming. At checked in, I was served by 2 ladies who spoke very good English. Both are very kind and efficient. Their cleaners and servers are all very humble and obliging. The room is clean, comfortable and well maintained.

I used to get whattsapp msg for breakfast menu to choose from and place order with times to suit me and would b delivered to my room 😇Staff at cafe were brilliant staff at reception were ace and the young workers hats off to them for such hard work and even went pharmacy to purchase medical items I required the service was exceptional so very thankful felt like I was among a family .
