Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

I had an absolutely wonderful experience at this 5-star hotel. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the warm welcome and the staff’s professionalism — always cooperative, prompt, and eager to help. The room was spacious, beautifully maintained, and featured a large, extremely comfortable bed that made every night’s rest perfect. The hotel’s facilities are top-notch — a fully equipped gym, relaxing jacuzzi, rejuvenating steam room, soothing sauna, and a pristine swimming pool that made my stay feel like a wellness retreat. Dining here was a delight, with a wide variety of restaurants offering diverse and delicious cuisines, catering to every mood and taste. Overall, an exceptional stay that I would highly recommend, and I look forward to returning.

United KingdomThere are some floors which are smoking floors, unfortunately some selfish guests choose to smoke in non-smoking rooms, which means that there can be a residual smell of cigarettes. The housekeeping are excellent, and do their best, but cigarette smell is hard to get rid of. This is a problem with selfish guests, not with the hotel itself. These guests should be fined heavily for breaking the rules.
The hotel is in a good location, clean and well managed, with good security and friendly staff and security. The rooms are nice and the facilities good.
