Only thing didn’t like about this hotel was quality of mattress was really poor, it is such a good hotel overall all but need to improve mattress quality so guests can take good rest.

Very good location , booked suite , it was quite spacious. Buffet breakfast was good. You can walk 10-15 mins to Mall road GPO. Restaurant in the hotel was also good, wash room water pressure was good. Had good view from the room.

There was construction going on inside hotel which ran 24 hours a day. Don't think anyone staying at hotel got any sleep.

The only thing Murree lacks in my opinion is cleanliness However when I visit fiora I was genuinely impressed.Their rooms very nice properly clean and we'll maintained .The staff is extremely courteous and helpful.I highly recommend Fiora

Mall Road is just 5to 7 minutes walking distance from Fiora their staff is very nice and very well manner food is very delicious I suggest you to add more items in menu

I recently stayed at the Fiora Hotel and had a wonderful time. The staff at the reception desk were very friendly and helpful. They answered all my questions and made me feel welcome. wasn’t informed there would be instruction work next door- this woke the family up at 6am and continued through the morning. During the night noises from room across corridor could be heard too so not sound proof. We had to request extended checkout time so that we could rest. Manager and staff should inform those staying in rooms about noise disturbance and consider reallocating rooms for families with kids
