The cleanliness.

The hotel is Good. its clean and neat. however due to the location in the residence so, there will be noise most of the time.

Rickshaw and taxi drivers cannot find this place, so you need to direct them using mapsme or google maps. But that is true no matter where you are staying in Karachi, except for the very large expensive hotels. Note that the location is correct on google maps, but it is just around the corner from what mapsme shows. Rickshaw drivers sometimes know where Rumi Mosque us, or the IBEX building...it is just around the corner from them.

My room was nice...they gave me a free upgrade. The AC worked well. The staff was great, especially Faisal, the daytime manager, who did everything to make my stay as good as posdible. I will definitely stay here again next time I am in Karachi.

Could have been cleaner (wet mopping instead of just a broom). Due to renovation there was a strong smell of paint in the hallways and also to some extent in the room.

Motor bikes noise whole day from outside of the hotel, Management should make rooms Sound Proof, Early morning Bikes Starting sounds start to come due to backside of Ibex Building Staff.

My stay at Elet hotel was fantastic! The service was exceptional, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff was incredibly welcoming. Disappointing Stay I booked this hotel for my colleagues on an official visit to Karachi, but unfortunately, their experience was far from satisfactory. The only positive aspect was its convenient location. The rooms were not cleaned properly, the AC did not work well, and the room service was subpar. The biggest issue was the discrepancy between the video shared by the hotel at the time of booking and the actual room my colleagues received. When questioned, the staff insisted it was the same room with a different setup, which did not seem believable. Due to these issues, we decided not to extend our stay and switched to another hotel the next day. I would not recommend this place unless management improves their service and transparency.

I missed nothing. the hotel is located on a quiet side of the street. clean and safe. Staff very helpful and courteous. You can be everywhere quickly. Karachi is loud and hectic.

1. All fire extinguishers expired in 2022 and are still intact on the walls. In case of fire, there might be a big disaster when these fire extinguishers will not work. 2. Junior staff is entirely untrained. 3. Walkways, lobbeys, and passages are very narrow. 4. Toiletteries supplied only the first day. 5. TVs are very old. No smart TV, no Netflix and other apps can be used on these old tvs. 5. Dish cable result is very poor.

The only thing which I liked is its location. It's located in a central place.
