Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

The hotel met my expectations. It was clean, they had hot running water, power, reliable Wifi, and AC. The staff was professional and were able to quickly check me in the hotel. Beds were clean and hotel provided good room service. Rooftop area was amazing. Breakfast was ok. The omelet was great. I wished they had some options for children like cereal, donuts, pastry etc. However, the service at the breakfast area was exceptional. The location is in a busy area of Karachi, but worth it because you are close to major points of interest. I would stay again next year, and would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Karachi.

PakistanThe staff - They don't pay attention to any pre-request, It was my second experience, I requested them to keep the invoice prepared in the morning but they never did, I had the checkout early morning but they made me wait for the receipt, Upon asking why they didn't prepare the invoice in advance even after multiple requests, they gave excuses to at there was issue in the system ID etc . They didn't entertain my same request during my last visit as well
