Only tiny negative was not very good wifi in our room

We absolutely loved staying here! It is owned by a beautiful family who are all so friendly and welcoming! We booked canyoneering through them & got bikes twice and everything was smooth. Our room was a lovely size with a good shower & A/C! We would definitely come back and recommend staying here if you’re in Moalboal!

Leaking faucet - weak wifi

It’s one of the quietest places I was in Philippines, happy to sleep a bit longer than the usual 6am 😜it’s basic, it does the trick.

Lovely family who owns it, very accommodating. Great location, a few minutes walk to the main centre with the restaurants. The bathroom had good water pressure and the room had good AC.

Room was slightly damp after the typhoon a few days before due to the windows not completely shutting, however we still had a cool and clean room!

The family that run it were so lovely and super helpful - even after we checked out. We rented bike and did Canyoneering through that (their prices were the most competitive in the area)! Location was great.

We stayed for 5 nights, the aircon worked perfectly, hot showers and the room was clean. The location is perfect, just a short walk to the beach and right across from the food market. There’s free tea/ coffee and we were able to use the fridge behind the counter, and there’s a dining area that we used for breakfast. The owners are both so lovely and went out of their way to help us return some luggage we left.

Super friendly family on site to help with anything. Room was clean . Unfortunately we come across cockroaches 3 times . They seem to have appeared from under the sink where there was a hole. Bathroom tap and the shower head was in poor condition . We also loved the scooter bikes that we have borrowed for two days to explore the local life

Honestly amazing stay and arguably my favourite place I’ve stayed in all my travels so far. Beautiful property, easy 2 min walk into the town and has the perfect amount of space for 2 persons with private bathroom and the property has AMAZING AIR CON. But the room itself shouldn’t sell this property, the main selling point is the owners. They were so accommodating and lovely and all they wanted to do was help and make our stay special! They even woke up at 3am to make sure that our transport arrived for one of our excursions which was super nice. If anyone is looking for somewhere to stay in Moalboal, this is the place for you.

Nice location with a safe and guarded fence around the facilities. The staff is friendly and helpful. A quiet base to walk till you're in the middle of the enjoyable life of Moalboal.

The room was ok, a little bit overpriced. I arrived around 6:30 PM after a 12-hour journey, exhausted and in urgent need of the restroom. I made this clear right away, hoping for a quick check-in. However, the very lovely lady at reception completely ignored my request and instead started asking unnecessary questions to build up a conversation—ultimately to sell me tours. Even after repeatedly saying, "Please let me go to my room; we can talk later," she kept going. I finally had to be very direct and insist that I needed the restroom immediately. A little more tact and attentiveness to guests' needs would have made all the difference in that moment.

The location was very convenient—just a few minutes' walk to the main road with all the restaurants and to the beach. The hosting family was very friendly.
