Replace the filter plug in the hot tub. Several times your leg can get trapped in it which is quite painful

The treehouse itself is a work of art! The creativity and attention to detail are a joy to experience. Love the fact that the upstairs part is sealed off with aircon working perfectly in case we needed a break from the humidity. Loved the Hot tub. Location was second to none with the soothing sound of waterfalls just beneath the tree house. We went for a good trek along the river /mini waterfalls and found a really nice fresh water pool that we all enjoyed. Perfect blend of tranquility, relaxation, nature and a splash of fun to go with it!

we planned our meals and as we have been there before (3 room villa), i know they have an oven. bought mac and cheese stuff for the kids but the oven was not working although a 1 burner electric cooker was given as a replacement to use for other menus to be cooked, kids were disappointed. also, they could have at least let us park quickly inside as we had lots of stuff and groceries to carry, though the staff did the carrying, it could have been avoided. crossing the road from where the 'parking area' is not the safest, but they insisted this is the only way, i really don't understand why as there were lots of space in the main compound, 3 vehicles would fit easily, to quickly move our stuff in, safely.

i booked the 3 room villa and the dome. the dome had a small pool which was nice but for max capacity of 15, would have been a very tight fit. only 7 stayed in the dome so it was just perfect. since we had access to the river via the 3 room villa tree house, we were able to swim in the river and had bbq. i don't know if there was access to the river via the dome. the dome was really lovely and the kids were hanging out there more than at their own treehouse. we all had meals at the dome, all 14 of us. i did the cooking at the dome, did bbq once using the bbq pit at the 3 room villa. they have the kitchenware and rice cooker available but would have been nicer if they provided dish rack to make the drying of the crockeries easier and had more tea towels available, that is all the little annoying thing for me. the breakfast was really nice and sufficient. we ordered some pizzas and snacks as i did the main dishes myself so i can't comment on that.

The WiFi was off most of the night, but given the relatively isolated location and bad weather, it's understandable.

We stayed in the villa. Perfect tranquil location that creates the idea that you're in the middle of the jungle well away from society (although sometimes you can hear some distant traffic). The only thing you see from the villa is trees, and for audio the insects and creek😃. Very friendly staff. Tasty meals delivered at your doorstep (portions are enough but not for people with a big appetite). The tree house was clean and certainly enough space for four adults (we were just with the two of us). We used the transportation offered. Nice air-conditioned van with a very cautions skillful driver. Must visit if you completely want to wind down!

This was such a magical place. Having your own cabin in such peaceful surroundings is wonderful. The staff were really friendly and everything was perfect. We only stayed for one night and did wonderful before if it was worth travelling from Cebu city for the one night. It completely was, two nights would have also been amazing but one night was great. The food was delicious and the portion sizes were very big.

It's not for everyone, because your next to the mountain river in an open setting the beds are always damp. Nothing much that can be done about it unless part of the Villa gets closed off completely

Not major but it would've been reassuring had we been allowed to park inside the gated area and not across the street.

The place was truly magical and enchanting. Experiencing a serene quick getaway was a great tool to refresh everyone in our group of 11 adults and 1 infant to reconnect with each other and recuperate. Good food and worth the long travel! Every staff present went out of their way to assist us in carrying our things from the parking to the premise.

The treehouse was gorgeous! There is a private springs for swimming or lounging, and a river bank to explore. The hammocks were the perfect spot to sit and enjoy the peace and quiet of the surrounding forest. The house itself is gorgeous and looks exactly like the photos. What’s not pictured is the awesome staff that is there to answer questions and serve meals.

We had the most fantastic stay at Treehouse De Valentine. From the moment we entered the vicinity, the staff treated us with kindness and were very attentive to our needs. The photos of the property really don’t do justice- the accomodation exceeded our expectations. The place was beautifully furnished, clean, spacious and incredibly comfortable. There were many useful ammenities such as fresh drinking water available, fantastic wifi, excellent aircon, universal charging points, entertainment such as Netflix (not that we used it because we were so immersed in the rainforest) as well as a mosquito trap to keep the bugs out of our rooms. Communication was fantastic, Renato was available via messenger/call to attend to any of our needs. The food was incredible, we loved ordering from the menu and receiving fresh, local produce to our rooms. We were even lucky enough to receive an in house massage by three talented ladies who gave us the best massage in the comfort of our own villa! I definitely plan on coming back to this little paradise and recommend it wholeheartedly. Thank you for an incredibly stay to the entire team!

A beautiful treehouse immersed in the forest where we could see all sorts of colourful birds and hear the stream below the treehouse and different animal sounds all around, notably a loud gecko that woke us up every morning at about 5:30 at sunrise; loved it! We would definitely come back again.
