We booked a room with a view at the bay. We changed rooms because our first room the view was blocked by bushes. The rooms were not very clean, especially the bathroom. The bed was a bit small for the two of us. We expected a bit more for the price we payed.

Location and view were stunning. Staff were really really friendly and helpful.

There was mold in several areas of the room, including the bedroom. The air conditioning smelled damp, like wet towels. Sparrows were pecking at the serving spoons at the buffet, which felt unhygienic. The pool had many dead insects floating in it, and the sunbeds at the pool stayed wet after rain because they weren’t dried or taken inside.

The location was absolutely stunning, with beautiful views. The staff were very friendly and helpful, which made us feel welcome.

I stayed in the forest view room where I was greeted by straw hat and decorated blanket placed on the bed. The room was very spacious for one and the TV speaker sound was brilliant. there was Netflix YouTube and prime available to browse. I arrived early because I had an early morning flight. I checked in not until around 230 pm meanwhile I rested in the reception area. There is a beautiful pool and scenic view with sun beds. The pics online doesn't do it justice. The staff greeted me on arrival. Since I was travelling solo I felt safe and the staff were friendly and approachable. The lady assisted me in book Tour A and recommended beaches such as Nacpan and Lio beach. They were also able to grab me a tricycle and booked a van transfer to go back to Puerto princesa airport. One downside was that my bathroom door locked and maintenance wasn't available to change the locks until 10am which delayed my plans for the day. Despite this I enjoyed my stay in el nido bayview resort !! It's approx 10-14 minutes walk from the Vanilla beach and 20 minutes tricycle ride to the el nido town centre ! Will definitely recommend to friends and family !!

The property is situated overlooking Las Cabanas Beach and the islands as well as a lovely pool that has a beautiful sunset every single night. The staff are wonderful and see to every need you have. The rooms are lovely. Initially we had a forest view but upgraded at a cost to bay view and the room was much bigger with a gorgeous view as well as electric.powered curtains which was a new one for us. The room is also kitted out with international plugs so you don't have to worry about multiple adaptors. Food at the restaurant is spanish/philippino with some western options as well but they're chicken adoba tacos are amongst the best I've ever had and I've been to Mexico! The pizzas are pretty good and the pasta was great as well. Superb selection of drinks and there's a happy hour between 4pm and 8pm when selected cocktails are 350 pesos for 2 which is very reasonable. Needless to say one night we overindulged. The only negatives are in the Seaview room the shower door stopped short of closing and the bathroom, particularly higher up on the walls could have been cleaner, same in the forest view as there were tarnished taps and around the lighting at ceiling level there was a fair bit of dust and gathered stuff. The swimming pool had a line of staining from suncream which is pretty understandable with it being used as a dip and dine place as well during the day. It was wonderful though and pretty to very good value for money and we actually changed a future booking to go back. The sunsets almost cannot be beaten and the service and hotel itself is wonderful. We spent 3 days around the pool and we're not those sort of people but it was great. Breakfast is amazing, coffee could be better but that's almost the only thing that was negative there. Custom eggs, bacon, pancakes, waffles and a range of breads, fruit and salad items. So good. Loved it there! It is also only about 10 minutes from the town by tricycle.

We stayed at El Nido Bayview Resort for our honeymoon. We absolutely loved our stay - the views were amazing, delicious food and drinks, the facility was always kept clean and maintained, and the best part of our stay was the staff!! The rooms were very comfortable with lots of extras such as robes and slippers. However, the venue itself wasn’t very well looked after with poor WiFi, an unclean pool and hardly anything stocked in the restaurant/ bar when requested. The breakfast was poor but the staff were brilliant and very accommodating when needed.

Many many steps to get to your room. First down hill then up hill. If you can't manage steep steps don't stay here. The food was not very good. The menu is very much focused on Philippino clients, especially breakfast. Pool though attractive was quite dirty.

Unfortunately, there was construction going on during our visit, they tend to start around 8/9am. Furthermore, the pool isn't the cleanest which was a little disappointing.

The staff are so nice! However, that can be said for everyone in El Nido. The room that we stayed at had an amazing view of the beach with remote controlled curtains, made it feel extra special.

The bathroom had a weird smell, there were stains on the sheets and weird black mould on the roof. Breakfast is outside which is nice except it’s super hot so there are lots of flies buzzing around. When you book it is not advertised that the pool is open to use for non staying guests, which leads the pool to be crowded. Towels were all old and stained and ripped.

The property was lovely, the pool was really nice and the view from the pool and the room was amazing. Breakfast had good variety and the pool was super comfy to spend the whole day at. The ambiance is gorgeous, the staff were lovely and attentive

Some services could be improved: when we arrived in the room we found some shattered glasses near the pool. We flagged it and it was promptly removed but it really shouldn’t have been there in the first place.. We booked a boat trip and the hotel minivan dropped us off at the departing place to join a bigger group. But when it was time to return to the hotel we were told to get a tricycle back. A bit odd in my view..

The view is superlative, cannot get enough. We got a superior room with private pool and it was really beautiful. Exceeding expectations for a 3 stars!

Pool was open and advertised for day guests - getting a lounger was difficult after 11am. Felt like we weren’t the hotels priority in this regard. Stayed in another resort in the area who ensured we were priority for loungers / service over any day guest. It became incredibly busy with loud visitors who got quite drunk in the pool area - not the relaxing zen we wanted on our honeymoon. One of us got bad food poisoning one night after dinner (I’d only eaten / drank in the hotel all day). It took a few days to recover from this. Bathroom was not cleaned during our stay - towels etc were changed only & room tidied. Water was not replaced in the room. Very expensive for what we received.

Large spacious room with a lovely shower - very welcome after the island expedition. Pool area was great - very beautiful and comfortable loungers. Two members of the bar staff were so lovely - both young men. They were super friendly.

The restaurant is not worth it I'd recommend eating elsewhere, but at the end of long days it is a bit laborious to head into town. The food was generally good but the service was so bad it made the whole experience not enjoyable. Every time we ordered it took at least an hour for food to come out, even chips. We cancelled one night waiting over an hour for chicken wings and the owner didn't seem concerned. The food was also wildly inconsistent, sometimes not having ingredients listed on the menu or with added ingredients, coming in different amounts. There were also a couple times when we ordered and then 20 minutes later we were told it was unavailable. Maybe they need more chefs, and wait staff need more training in being attentive, such as knowing when things are unavailable, bringing menu and water a bit quicker. They also didn't seem to be aware of anything on the menu, didn't know what ingredients were in each dish for example.

The view is spectacular, and the rooms are very nice with comfortable beds. The front desk staff were very helpful with booking us tuk tuks and tours. The pool is great.
