Small room no chair in the room and the bed kept sliding on the floor also the air conditioner was not working very well

The rooms are quite dated but clean and acceptable for the price, especially considering the location before a flight from Mactan-Cebu Airport.

The lobby is clean and spacious, the included breakfast was filling. Decently comfortable beds. The airport shuttle was great.

I was really fascinated by how cute the room was — plus, it’s super budget-friendly and comes with breakfast. Amazing deal! The aircon could be better though — it wasn’t that cold, especially during the afternoon. Also, it’s a bit of a walk to the beach, but that’s totally fine for the price. The staff were friendly and even gave some great local recommendations. Would definitely consider staying here again!

Clean hotel, comfy beds and in a very good location. The staff were nice and the beds were very comfy. We got lots of millipedes in the room and the room is so bright so don’t be expecting a lay in bed. Really needs some black out curtains. Also building works going on next door so this wakes you up anyway.

As above, aircon and shower not working well.

Had an great stay at Anchorage Inn at Moalboal. Friendly and great staff. Room was of good size. The toilet was also good, the only problem was the shower, it needs fixing as when you use it, the water sprays all over the place and the hot water is not that hot, feels like luke warm. The aircon wasn't cold either so at the height of day when its warmest, the aircon is not blowing cool air enough to cool you down. But overall, I like the place and the staff and how they coordinator our Kawasan tour. Thanks so much. Highly recommended.

Very small breakfast, No shower gel or shampoo, No shower curtain so everything wet in the bathroom. A lot of ants in the room it would need abt powder. 1 toilet roll for the whole stay

Good location, 10min walk from the beach where you can snorkle with sardines and turtles (go there at 6 as since 7-8 trips from other cities arriving). Bed was comfy enough. Smart tv Internet working well. Room was clean. Fair price

The sockets don't hold much and they didn't charge well. The bathroom hose burst at night, so there was water all over the bathroom, we were woken up by a loud bang, the staff had to turn off the water until morning. but it happens, we were glad that the staff solved it quickly at night.

Would be nice to have a sellf service water station however the staff were happy to fill up bottles if we asked.

The shower head sprayed water everywhere and no shower curtains which made the toilet and paper wet.

Air conditioner in room was having hard time to cool down the room from the heat , but was acceptable and still okay not so bad.

Staff was amazing and very fun to talk with my wife enjoyed a lots to talk with them.

We recently spent 6 nights at Anchorage and we are pleased with our stay. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the cleanliness of the room and the genuine helpfulness of the staff. We slept exceptionally well, thanks to the comfortable pillows and mattress. The outside space provided a nice spot to sit and relax. We highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a comfortable stay.

Hoping they can add a standard fan in the room as AC can’t cover summer heat in the afternoon. Blankets are too thin.
