Incredibly friendly staff & a view you can’t beat!

All was great.

We came to Santander to get the ferry to Dumagerte so we booked at Southseas to be near the small ferry port. We then extended our stay as it was very nice. Very pretty spot on the waterfront with a swimming pool and sea access was via a stony beach. The location was on a small coastal road a few miles from the town centre so was very peaceful. Gardens were very nice with a pleasant bar and breakfast area next to the pool and seafront. Staff were great, very helpful and food was very nice. Chef was flexible with orders. Breakfast was provided but you can order other items on the menu too. You can order lunch and dinner here too. Although we were in a hire car, I hired their bike to cruise nearby which was fun. The town had various shops and restaurants plus a well set up 7/11. My hire car was picked up here by owners from Cebu City, so the hotel dropped us to the ferry port where we got the smaller passenger ferry not the larger car ferry. There was a small car cleaning machine at a property just on the edge of town. The rooms were very tidy and nicely furnished. Beds very comfortable and clean. Although not a budget place, it was good value for what they offered and was great for my kids.

Food outside of the breakfast was ok, could have been a bit better in terms of quality of ingredients. Location isn't the most easy if you want to get around other restaurants, you will need a bike to move around.

Super friendly staff. Facilities were great specially if you are looking for snorkeling and diving. You can go straight from the hotel and they also have a boat to take you to a nearby island that is incredible! Breakfast is limited but tasty. We stayed in the second floor and view was incredible.

I personally couldn’t access the sea from the property but others managed and there’s a nice pool.

Everything was perfect! Sonny and the team could not have done more to welcome us and were really helpful organising trips for us and taking us places personally. The rooms are modern and very clean and the grounds well looked after. The honesty bar made things easy and the unlimited supply of clean drinking water was the icing on the cake!

The people there were so lovely and kind! We celebrated our 10 years anniversary and the made a delicious breakfast with extra fruit for us! Highly recommend if you are looking for something small and familiar.

We had a lovely stay, the resort is beautiful and the staff are excellent. Sonny and the guys helped us with everything we needed and were so accommodating. The food was excellent and we had a great time diving with Loyd!

The access into the resort is difficult to spot in the evening / late afternoon, as they often have the gate closed. You will likely need to have someone exit the car and open the gate to get in.

Breakfast was good, with nice coffee. The pool area was good, and the rooms were well appointed. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, and can organise diving and PADI certification for a very reasonable price, if that is something you are in the market for. The most comfortable hotel bed I have slept in, while staying in hotels here. We didn't use the restaurant, but went for dinner dinner both nights at the "Belgian Bistro" which was about 5 minutes drive away. The Owner / Chef, is and absolute master, and the food was amazing.

The staffs, locations, rooms and service was impeccable. Kuya Sonny and his staff has a great service. They are very happy staffs and trusthworthy. They will make sure everything is great from checking in to checking out. They are concern if their customer take a right boat schedule. They will guide you in everything. I see myself coming back to this hotel.

Sonny, the manager, peng peng the chef, the dive master, everyone was so positive and caring Would love to come back again and again. My favourite stay ever!! Should be rated more than 10

A little piece of intimate paradise. Modern and clean facilities Dave master Lloydie, and Sunny couldn’t have been more helpful and charming. Sunny kept us informed and entertained on the 5 hour trip from Cebu! All the staff are kind, hardworking and attentive The cook would also adapt recipes / menu to suit We look forward to returning soon
