There's no resturants close by to enjoy but if you had your own transport it's not a problem as there's a few places about 5 minutes away by moto but we were able to do food panda delivery but limited options for the area.

Friendly staff, they were finishing a small store on property so you could have snacks and cold drinks with good pricing. Room was very clean and the wifi worked well. Moto taxi were close by.

Distance and location, I suppose. It's in an area that feels rather isolated, so sometimes trying to get to town, you're at the mercy of whatever price they decide they can take out of you.

The caretaker gave me an exceptionally large room - not sure if this is standard, but it was a very thoughtful after realising that I was stuck in Danao after ferry cancellation. I ended up staying a couple days, dealing with Honelyn was very easy. The room is spacious and generally clean. Washrooms not so much, but manageable. Breakfast was fruit, rice, egg and pork knuckle (?). It's good for the area, considering nothing else is around in Danao. From what I heard from others, the places near the ferry port are mouldy and awful (though perhaps cheaper and more convenient). The view is fine - it was stormy weather, not much to look at. But other guests were friendly. No wifi that I know of, but my 4G worked fine.

There was no toilet seat on the toilet but not a major issue. Some thicker blinds would help as the property has floodlights on all night which made the bedroom light.

The swimming pool, location, breakfast next to the sea and a comfortable bed. The manager was very friendly and helpful. Would stay there again.

too far and costly to town. Difficult to get a ride for two. The very bright lights outside that kept the room way too bright at night. I would like to suggest some simple hooks or somewhere to hang wet towels.

I liked the peacefuness of the location, the chairs available to sit out and watch the ocean, the covered outdoor breakfast area, and the enclosed view room if it rained. The staff was busy and pretty much handz off, but if we needed anything, they would stop their current endeavor and were very helpful. The owners are very kind people.

I arrived. Air-conditioned didn’t work. Toilet didn’t flush. I could write it as Third World conditions. I argued that the property was not satisfactory and left.

I'm expecting the resort to have a beach but have a pool and ocean view. Need little investment in smaller things, the entrance in resort .

Pretty much everything. This has got to be the worst place we have ever booked through Booking.com. Most of the accommodation is old and decaying. There are no staff around. The area around the property is like a shanty town. The only western-style restaurant within walking distance, advertised as being open 24/7 was closed except for drinks.

Excellent staff, always ready to help and very friendly. They were happy to prepare breakfast extra early to meet our needs. Will definitely stay there next time I am in the area. Very peaceful setting with a great sea view.

Location is in a little end of the road barangay, not much for services and food down there. Harder to get a tricycle to and from that location. Suggest prearrangement of transport before you get there or ask your driver to return when you need one. No beach, as it is near the port.

Very friendly staff and managers. Quiet and cozy room. Nice, clean pool. Lower price is a good value for the location. Owners will prepare meals for you at request.. Good breakfast served to your room outside your door Clean room with hot water. Very good restaurants in the town center, plenty of rides there and a shuttle van stop is there in the town.

Nothing in particular. But if you are the type of a wifi person, then dont expect much as signal inside the rooms is not that reliable. Tv person too? There's no tv inside. A personal ref though is available as well as a water heater which you would need for your coffee and drinks.

The staff, the pool, the room (#5), the location. Ms. Honey makes sure everything is ok. The pool may not be that big but warm and not too deep (2-6ft) Room #5 is the "killer room". You open your eyes and your view is literally the ocean which gives one a peaceful feeling. The location is in Danao and travelling on a Friday and Sunday (holy week) gave a certainty of no traffic. And there's a trike or habal habal nearby that one can use to transport to the city. Just ask for the assistance of Ms Honey. There is no restaurant nor menu so you need to make sure you bring with you enough food. But in case you need to have your food cooked, again Ms. Honey will assist you. But the price per room per night is all worth it.

The bathroom need a lot of scrubbing the zink was dirty and leaking, it was thick of dirt.the water is salty. All around the bathroom toilet need a lot of attention . They could do a gallon of muriatic acid to get it sparkling clean.omg
