The location.

I had a flight so I chose this place. It was super comfortable to stay in, order delivery and watch Netflix. I think it’d be a nice option for families as the place has a guard at the entrance, a pool and playground.

Not necessarily to fault, but I would add hand towels to the kitchen and bathroom as well as hand soap. Only a bath towel was provided and no disposable options for hand drying. One or the other should be provided in a hotel. The place is well stocked so kind of interesting to miss that:)

inside the unit is clean and u have everything .. pool and garden is a plus and all the facilities

maybe outside its too much traffic sometimes ..

Very nice accommodation! The owner personally met with us during check in. Worth the price and perfect for unwinding and just spending quality time with that family.

The owner was very considerate, easy to talk to and responsive. She is very helpful in our needs. The pool is awesome! Her room was very clean and has extra things in the room. Thank you for acvomodting us.

It is quite a distant from the port and if you have early flight, better book in advance as taxi are not always around.

Its really nice, better than pictures, owner communicates good, everything works, recommend big time 👍.

I am a regular traveller to Lapu Lapu and I came across this real gem. From airport 30 min. I arrived during rush hour so I guess it can be done 15 to 20 min. Superhost (superfriendly)told me the room is brandnew since April. 28 m3.Room was very clean. Beautifull design. Looking like a high standard luxury room. Nice luxurous looking bathroom. Very nice comfortable bed. Kitchen all you need for cooking, watercooker, ricecooker, pans. Hv also a safe in the cabinet and saw Iron also. 12 hangers. And they hv netflix with own account. So free use off netflix. Internet also very good. No problem whatsoever. Area is safe. I walk in evening and no problem whatsoever. Free drinkable water. Friendly security guard at entrance. Pool awesome, very chilled with nice quality seats.. If you want to go out eating, take trike to Mactan Newtown 10 min. Many restaurants there. If you want to eat in yr room there is small bakery across or grilled chicken take away if you go left (next to the grilled chicken hv icecoffee, I test and taste it very delicious , btw chicken also) Also hv 711 less then 2 minutes walk and barber.There is next to 711 laundry service incase you hv longer stay.Tip...if you want to hv yr money changed. Best rate is at Super Metro supermarket 2nd floor. With trike 10 min 20 peso. I liked the room so much that I booked again. I am sure you pay elsewhere much more for a high standard room like this. This will my stay during my future travels. For sure this room suits also for people who want to stay long period.

Fabulous apartment about 25 mins from the airport. TV, comfy bed, kitchenette and lovely swimming pool. Also had a gym with some equipment. Host was so nice, allowed us leave our bags early before check in and even brought them up to the room for us. Would recommend

The area surrounding the apartment is a bit dodgy. Sink in kitchenette was loose so was hard to do washing up.

Nice large clean accommodation close to airport. Fantastic pool. Small places to eat out the gate.

Nothing to do with accomodation. Taxi driver took us on joy ride before taking us too airport... naturally he wanted extra money!! Be careful, negotiate the full price before leaving.
