I wrote my longer review in my last post. We stayed for 6 nights and it was excellent. Good location, very clean and the friendliest and nicest staff ever. There was nothing they ever said “no” to. They always found a way to make it work out well. Laundry on sight as well. Super convenient!

The road coming to the property isn’t well paved (as with many roads in Moalboal) so when it rains it gets quite muddy all over the town. Not the hotel’s fault.

The staff is exceptionally kind and helpful. The restaurant on sight has a lot of options for food and not badly priced for the beachfront location and ease. There are tons of restaurants about a 8-10 min walk away and some even closer. We loved the wood fired pizza place 3 mins from the property. It’s across from a little travel agency/group. Jomar and his staff there helped plan our sardine run, whale sharks and canyoneering as well as the return trip to the airport. His prices were exceptionally good. Very reliable and 10/10 experience for us. I know the hotel also arranges dives as it’s a dive resort but we didn’t end up using them as we ran out of time to do any padi course. However, it looked really organized and lots of people were saying how excellent the padi course was with the hotel. It takes about 3 days. The hotel was clean, breakfast was good and the staff always had a smile on their face. If I return to moalboal I would stay here for sure.

Water pressure in shower was very low. Needs some thicker blankets instead of flat sheets for blankets.

The rooms have no TV but who takes holidays to watch telly . The rooms were basic but nice , the hotel is located at the quiet end of the beach , if you want it wilder with white. Beaches you have to travel more North but we were happy with this hotel & would return

Very tricky place to get to , rocky & granite paths not a pleasure to walk it but once you get there , wow . Rooms built in a U shaped area looking out to sea. To get down it there’s steps bit disappointed mostly all rocks . They have a lovely restaurant literally over the sea we’re you have terrific views of the ocean ‘ shawls of fish directly beneath

Great location with easy access to the ocean for snorkeling with the sardines and turtles out infront. Staying in the ocean front villas are a must for the view! Friendly staff and well equipped dive centre. 10/10.

Bungalows' facilities could be freshened' up, especially the aircon which was a bit old and noisy.

Very nice location right in front of the sea where you can snorkel, and with a great in-house scuba diving shop. Great dive instructors, you can decide which fun dives to join every day out of the three proposed. Swimming pool is also great to relax.

Restaurant is very poor, both the breakfast options and the menu. The dive shop has slightly higher rates than the others. The dive masters are friendly, but they try to run a few groups at the same time with one boat, so someone has to wait a long time in the water after resurfacing, or swim back to shore.

Excellent location in the heart of the village, so very close to many restaurants. Great pool with a view of the water, the only property I noticed with a pool in the center of town. Staff is very friendly. Convenient to have a dive shop on the premises. Restaurant with a great view. They accept credit cards without extra fees.

When we booked it they mentioned that the airport transfer was included in the price but turns out we had to pay for it in the end - could have been a misunderstanding. The Artista restaurant could do with a little upgrade - too gorgeous views for the food quality/options.

The whole experience was worth it because of the Quo Vadis diving centre. John Dutton was my instructor for my PADI Open Water course and, honestly, the highlight of my trip. I can’t imagine being able to have a better experience than the one I had. He was flexible and accommodating, and diving with him was a joy for us. We stayed in the premiere suite and the balcony was a fantastic asset for sunset views. The room was simple but spacious, warm shower, comfy bed. Not the most luxurious but definitely enough for a wonderful few days.

The place is semi isolated but with short distance to the main street. Very worm hospitality, the crew is helpful and the diving center is worth visit.

The water pressure in the shower and the water heater at the lowest temperature was too hot. We had to toggle it on and off during our showers. The resort was about 10mins from the main road and the roads are poorly lit at night so be careful about staying out too late.

Close to nature and it was a comfortable stay. The housekeeping staff gave us new towels every day which was great. There was even a place outside our room to dry our wet swimsuits.

Nothing, we liked it all.

Clean, comfy bed, gave us extra pillows. little chair and table outside the room, fantastic location, very helpful at the dive office. Could walk down the steps from the hotel onto the beach and swim out to the sardine run directly.

Bit of a wait at checkout time due to other guests. I noticed too late a sign I the office saying we could of 'checked out' the night before.Maybe mention that on arrival? No harm done as we just made our bus online!
