Immediately greeted by a boy dressed like a girl I found that gross and offensive, why does sex have to be a part of your first impressions of your establishment! Totally uncalled for I expect that from a cheap place in a bad neighborhood!

Our tv didn’t work, they had to replace it and there was little cockroaches in the utensil drawer There also was confusion about our stay, I booked a two bedroom but then they thought I canceled so they gave us two 1 bedroom apartment.

The 2-bedroom apartment was spacious, neat, and tidy, located just opposite (a 5-minute walk) to the Ayala Mall in the city. However, we noticed cockroaches in the common washroom despite the area being clean. Additionally, the WiFi in the room did not connect to our devices. We checked in at 4:35 PM, and the issue was only resolved by 9:30 PM. Though we stayed only for the night and the technician arrived promptly, it took a long time to fix the problem.

The breakfast was great! The spread exceeded our expectations.

The taste of service water during breakfast wasn't good at all. We didn't ask why that was, we just didn't have any more. We were 3 adults in the group.

Excellent and very tasty breakfast. Plenty of choices to choose from, each one as appetizing as the other. The family room was very clean upon arrival. We had to move two beds together coz we had small kids, and the underside of the beds were very dusty. Nobody would expect it to be just as clean as the rest of the place but perhaps dusting once in a while would help.

The bathroom and kitchen could use a bit of an update. While it was functional, the outdated fixtures and worn amenities were noticeable. However, it didn't significantly impact our stay.

The one-bedroom apartment we booked was surprisingly spacious, ideal for a family. It was well-stocked with everything we needed for a week's stay. Plus, the hotel's location near Ayala Mall was a great perk.

WiFi was horrible TV never worked for long We had to call almost everyday to get the WiFi and tv to work The response time was great but then it will only work for a few hours and then would stop again Very frustrating especially when you are used to fast WiFi We ended up just using our portable WiFi and sit not bother to watch tv

Location opposite Metro shopping centre was excellent, room was comfortable, breakfast and lunch were very good. Very helpful staff.

Breakfast buffet caters for western and local food groups. Staff very friendly and helpful. Location within a short walking distance to the Ayala mall. 24hr 7 eleven and Mc Donald's also located within shorter walking distance. Reception / lobby area quite large, airconditioned and somewhat boutique with a small souvenir shop.

They disabled my room key exactly at 11am checkout. I couldn't get my last bag out of the room without getting assistance. Frustrating.

The rooms would probably need a bit of update. During our stay, the air conditioner was leaking so we had to use up a few towels to clean it. Also, would have been great if there was a drying area as we had a few wet clothes from swimming in the pool.

The apartment we stayed in was spacious. I love that it’s close to Ayala Malls. I also love the breakfast buffet.

Separate card for elevator. Only one lift card per room meant could only access your floor and our group booking was spread over 3 floors and we couldn't access each other's rooms. We're not able to have additional lift card which meant if one person used lift card to go out or to gym pool any one else in room couldn't go out as you wouldn't be able to get back to room. Tried to arrange additional card but reception simply stated it would need to be discussed with manager who wasn't available at that time. Stayed on floor 22 in serviced residences with the world's noisiest defective air-conditioner. Raised issue on first night immediately after check in due to it being so loud it would be a struggle to sleep. They could hear it over phone and sent maintenance up to look only to tell us someone would have to follow up next day ad the serviced Residences were managed separate to the hotel rooms and the manager who needed to sort was only there during office hours. Next day raised issue again and two maintenance men attended and listened to it drone away for 10 minutes, and informed the manager who offered a new room on different floor available next day... not suitable as our teenage children were in separate room on same floor as us and if on different floor the issue of floor access made this solution unfeasible. They had no solution so we stayed in room for 6 nights with the option of either not using the AC or listening to it drone and interrupt any chance of sleep. It was so loud it could be heard rooms away! Due to location would stay again but due to issues with lift, floor access and limited availability if assistance to follow up issues with the apartments would definitely recommend the hotel rooms over the apartments.

The lavatory which needs fixing for it takes eternity before the dirty water is drained.
