The curtains and blinds didn't block out the light so the room was light at 4am. Maybe bring an eye mask.

Staff were so helpful and friendly, especially the young man who worked the afternoons. The beach opposite the resort is worth snorkelling at its away from the crowds. Breakfast was very pleasant.

Towel quality was very poor. The blinds don't really keep out the light and would have really liked blackout curtains. No TV in the room. Was off the beaten path and some of the tricycle riders wanted to charge extra because of how bumpy the road was getting to the hotel.

Room was very clean and spacious and the breakfast was nice. They even offered to make us a sandwich on the day we had a really early start which was nice of them.

Friendly and helpful staff, delicious choice of served breakfast every morning right infront of your apartment, close to all important places, they arranged pick up and drop off in Cebu and tuctuc driver for the whole stay. We loved it and if any time back, it would be here

The room was really comfortable - we slept so well! The staff were amazing and friendly. It's a short 10-15 minute walk to the main area where all the eateries are, and a 5-minute tuktuk ride to the beach where you can swim with the sardines. There's also a quieter beach that's a minute's walk away. A shout-out to Angel who went the extra mile to help me out when I wasn't feeling well one evening. Thank you so much :)

The staff were absolutely amazing, they arranged tuktuks for us when we wanted to go into town, they were always super polite and friendly, they were lifesavers on the final day when our private transfer to the airport cancelled the staff found us one immediately to get us there on time. Need a kettle in the room with tea & coffee facilities. The bath towels were not absorbent.

the only problem i have is the location. its not really ideal for someone who cant drive a motorcycle or wants to go out everynight. the hotel location is remote from the center (panagsama oder sugbangdako) the road to the hotel is narrow and dark and its not ideal to walk so the only option is the tricycle and it cost a lot.

the staff were exceptional. very friendly, helpful and accommodating. the room is big and comfortable.

The hot water tank wasn’t working and we had to have a cold shower the first night, but they got it fixed the day after. The place was a bit overpriced if we compare it with other places we stayed in the Philippines.

The room was very big and the bed very comfortable. Everything was just renovated and looked immaculate. The staff is very friendly and the breakfast was fresh and tasty. They also organised our transfer from/to Cebu and gave us some food for our transfer to Cebu. The hotel is near a beach where we did snorkel and saw many fish and a turtle.

Our trip to Moalboal coincided with the summer vacation and our couple's anniversary... so the staff kindly decorated our room. It was so heartwarming!! Staying at the hotel was the best choice. It was so wonderful and unforgettable~~ The staff was the most welcoming and responsive that I have ever seen. Special thanks to the girls - you are wonderful!! The room was so spacious and cozy. There was a lot of sunlight in it during the day. In the morning we were woken up when breakfast was served. Breakfasts outside on the balcony were the best start to the day. Next time if we go to Moalboal we will stay here again! Getting to the hotel was not difficult for us because we rented a bike, which the girls from the reception helped to rent. 서비스/가성비/시설/아침식사/직원들 = 다 완벽했어! 또 가고싶어요~ ㅠㅠ

Shower not very powerful but you’ve got to remember Moalboal is a back packer area so you’re not going to get luxury.

In a quiet dimly lit area off the main roads but you get the hang of it. If you are checking in to the hotel when its dark I recommend getting a taxi/tricycle otherwise you will probably get lost.

The staff went above and beyond to ensure that we were comfortable and happy. I informed them that it was our anniversary and they made special arrangements for when we arrived, it was really pretty! They were always happy to advise us on anything and provide suggestions. Very kind and helpful! The bed was soooooooo comfy and the Netflix worked perfectly :)

The most amazing staff! We extended our stay :) They arranged for us the scooter and the snorkeling trip, both we enjoyed a lot. The breakfast was one of the best we had in Philipines.
