Staff were brilliant. Breakfast was free. Rooftop bar views.

Noisy even on the 16th Floor from surrounding traffic. Hot water took 10 minutes to make it way through. Aircon in window is the reason the noise coming in. Wanted to punch above it's weight, but just had a facade feeling about the place.

Easy access to marts.

Very accommodating staffs. The breakfast buffet is so good. I really like the view from my room and the pool at the top. Nice, Clean and comfy beds. Very accesible if you want to go anywhere. Near the bus terminals, market, food resto and famous landmarks.

The TV, sometimes there's no signal. (I got stuck at my room coz it was raining outside so i dont have so much to do.) Maybe switch to a Smart TV? But its all goods.

So I booked this for my parents to stay in Cebu. The stay was okay, until when they checked-out and the staff starts saying that there were coffee stains on the towel. They clearly remembered that there isn't and that they have their coffee downstairs anyways. Then they charged them 300php for that stain. They were in a rush when they checked out, but my mum was sure that there was no stain in there.. the management needs to look into this as it might be another modus to charge the guests of a "stain that doesn't exist". Be aware!

Had to book last minute because of changes in my flight, and the location and room were perfect for a one-night stay. Would probably also consider the place for an extended stay because of value for money. Room was spacious and clean, and the staff were helpful.

The hotel is amazing however it's location is quite awful except bus terminal is in a walkable distance. If you plan to flight to another city I recommend to take another hotel close to the airport.

Well, I like everything especially the food and my boyfriend likes it too. There's a gym that we didn't expect to be big enough, and the pool is good too the staff are friendly.

I didn't like when they changed the bed sheet and it was smelly maybe because it was raining and it was not dry enough but I got itchiness in my body.
