the rooms are very basic although very clean. we would have appreciated some complementary waters since we arrived very late from an international flight , and we were very thirsty

Good distance from the airport for a late night stay. Staff greeted us at 2am, so it is good to inform the hotel of your arrival time in advance. In the daytime, the place looks well kept. Breakfast was amazing, and only regret is we didn't have time to use that good-looking pool!

The rooms are spacious and clean but very basic/old. There was a lingering smell of smoke in the room, however we got use to it after a while! Would still stay here again, just don’t expect luxury!

We stayed at Lapu-Lapu cottages for 2 nights as a short stop between flights. The accommodation is only 15/20 minutes from the airport (with no traffic), and is tucked off the busy streets. The staff were friendly and welcoming, the pool area and surroundings of the cottages was lovely and peaceful and the restaurant had a good variety and served good food! We didn’t need to leave the property!

A tranquil setting, nice pool and beautiful garden. The bungalows have seen there best days, and the smoke from the 90‘s still hangs in the rooms. A paint job and some simple new sideboards would get a long way.

I stayed here on the way into Cebu and liked it so much this was my stay on the way out. It's a comfortable place to stay, away from the centre but close to the airport in a working class area of Cebu. Some people have referred to the local area being a bit "sketchy" but i went for a walk around and it felt perfectly safe and interesting. The staff were fine, the food and drink likewise and the gardens and pool area were great and as good as many more expensive hotels I've stayed in. If you want western style modern standards and posh facilities then maybe look elsewhere but for a cheap, clean and comfortable place for a day or two near the airport it's great. I'll definitely stay again on any trips through Cebu

Cleanliness. We have found a cockroach under the PILLOW. When i complained about it i got no apologise and no response. If you want to go outside of the hotel youll have to walk at least 15 minutes to get on the main road

Two large cockroaches were found in the bathroom. There were mosquitoes in the room. The air conditioning was very noisy.

The staff was very friendly. We kept our suitcase with them and didn't have to travel the islands with it. I liked the location of the hotel near the airport and the noisy street. The hotel area was very clean.

Noisy air conditioning, unable to set particular temperature (scale is 1 to 10, but no info about temperature). Old furniture. Cash only policy, what is strange taking into consideration that this hotel, belonged to German owner, serves a lot of travellers coming to or from the airport

Nice location, close to the airport. Clean pool, unfortunatelly opened only till 8 PM. Nice place to stay before your flight departing from Cebu airport. Taxi to the airport is 230 up to 300 peso.

we only stayed for one night before returning home. Is very well located to the airport, maybe 15-20 min ride. The place is nice and clean, owner and employees are super nice. It was a nice swimming pool and is actually very quiet place compare to the busy neighborhood. Walking distance there is plenty of places to eat and also a supermarket and a shopping center. We didn't include breakfast so can't comment on the food. It was not fancy hotel but for the price and the purpose of our stay is was sufficient.

Air Cinditioning - old fashioned, noisy and hard to controll temperature. The old AC is the main problem there Furniture old and bit worn out

Clean property managed in Western style, nice pool (unfortunatelly opened only till 8 PM). Restaurant on site. Close to the airport, so good for a night before or after your flight

A little far away to easily walk anywhere.

The staff were friendly and accommodating. The room was basic but was clean and had everything you needed. Pool and grounds beautiful. Restaurant excellent.

small observation and only minor. I did feel the outside rubbish bins at the rooms could have been emptied near daily in some cases as its not a great look for the property. I think it would be helpful to put up a sign requesting people clean up the out door kitchen after use as some guests didn't which i thought was rude to other guests and staff but no major just a helpful suggestion.

very comfortable and handy to everything and the outdoor kitchen was definitely a bonus as was the pool. I enjoyed the staff who were always helpful and attentive. it was a happy safe comfortable environment. I am already recommending this location to family and friends
