I like the location 😀

as a regular client i am very much satisfied with the location and especially with the STAFFS - they are very accommodating and friendly

actually is not that i didn't like..... it's just that, this is my first time that the housekeeping did not clean our room and did not replenish the things to be replenished like water, bathroom utilities, etc.,

Accessible to mall

Good for easy access around the city, easy to get to, close to the malls and shops

Excellent location. Just a few feet from SM Megamall so there are a lot of food choices. It's a good value for money. The staff are helpful and friendly, kudos to all of them specially the housekeeping guy and front desk associates. No long wait at the elevator. Gym facility is sufficient.

Found a couple of small roaches. I read in previous YT videos about the same findings. I think it's a systemic issue so even if pest control is done in one room, it'll just move to the next; Therefore, a whole building pest control should be performed.

Location. So close to the mall

The room is not that good. There’s this kind of smell like sewage once you get out of your room and that smell is all over the hallways. There’s a lot of cockroach too crawling all over the place. Also, they over charge me. The amount the booking.com showed was only $154 and yet they charge me $196.00. I asked why there’s a difference, the lady said was local tax charge. I’m not sure if that was true.

The location with its proximity to Megamall was the only reason we chose this accommodation.

Cockroaches everywhere, you see at least 2-4 small ones in the dining area and bathroom! We asked for pest control more than once. There was seven a notice posted that all units are subject to pest control a couple of days before check in. Either they need to change their pest control provider or fumigate the whole building to get rid of pests! Last time we stayed it wasn’t that bad but the time m, as if no pest control is in place. We would hate to see this place completely wasted.

Space is big enough. Location is right at the back of sm Megamall. This is our 4th time stay in the same hotel.

While we love the location and the decent space, the unit still have some small roaches. The rooms we're at was renovated but the lighting could be better and pest control can be improved.

The room is the same as the pictures, but it was not so hygienically clean, we transferred 3x, first room has cockroaches in the bathroom. second room the air conditioning is very loud that you can't sleep but we manage to take a nap because we were tired. we complained but there is no available room, so we have to wait till the next morning. The 3rd room is the same the issue is the ais conditioning it doesn't work well. I called the reception and barrows electric fan to survive for the next day and waited for their electrician to fix it.
