The property is near the beach, I love the morning vibe here. get out of the bed, downstairs and then your foot can touch the beach:))

Nothing good ! Is verry poor, durty, place with old, used echipements. Windows old, not fitting. Everywhere dusty,and rubish, poor breakfast, just eggs and sousage. Nothing any choice.

Nothing. It was the worse place that I’ve ever stayed.

I don’t even know where to start. If you’re thinking of staying here, please don’t make the same mistake I did. RUN and find a better place, preferably anywhere that’s not Oslob. If you can stay in Moalboal, I highly recommend it instead. This place calls itself a “hotel” but it doesn’t even meet the standard of a hostel. First, when we arrived, the staff had a terrible attitude. We never felt welcome. When we entered the room, we noticed a large yellow stain, about 30 cm in diameter, clearly visible on the bed sheets (right next to the pillows). We told the staff, and although they didn’t apologize, they did replace them. Later, while we were lying on the bed resting from the trip, I saw a spider crawling on my chest. I killed it, but it was a very unpleasant moment. There were cobwebs everywhere. Clearly, cleanliness is completely neglected in this place. Now for the worst part: my boyfriend and I had ordered a pizza and were eating in the room while planning the next days of our trip in the Philippines. Shortly after, I noticed a HUGE COCKROACH walking on the bed, heading toward the empty pizza box. My boyfriend moved the box to the desk, and while trying to find a way to kill the cockroach, it crawled into the box by itself. He took the box with the cockroach inside to the receptionist, told her what had happened, and with the worst attitude, she didn’t even apologize and just said she didn’t know what we expected her to do. After arguing for a while, my boyfriend asked if she at least had some insect spray in case more appeared, and she handed him one (they had many on the kitchen counter, take from that what you will). Then my boyfriend started spraying the edges of the room and discovered a hole near the desk: it was a nest. As soon as he sprayed inside, cockroaches started coming out. He went back to reception to complain again. She came to the room, NEVER apologized, and with a disgusted face still gave us no solution.

The Staff... Very rude towards me a foreigner, spoke very if any English... Also tried to increased prices on anything I wanted... Had to pay extra for a oceanfront room which I requested when I made the reservation.... I will Never go back there Again to stay...

A nice terrace (for breakfast) at the back of the hotel with steps leading down into the sea. Egg , hot dog and toast for breakfast Comfy bed. Clean room. Sea view was minimal! You could just about glimpse the sea over a roof! Small room. Good value for money.

Shower was very poor flow and could hardly even get wet! Air con was struggling and only just making the room cool enough. Motorbikes hired at the hotel for 500PHP were not in good condition (seat did not shut properly, poor brakes) and only a bike helmet available. Be aware that there is not much in the area for tourists. Le Bistrot was a good place to eat.

Breakfast was great. Staff were great and helpful. Location was good for the activities we had arranged. Had an early check in as well which was quite convenient.

Needs a bit more water pressure in the bathroom.

Power was out when we arrived. Water pressure was extremely low the first day, and there was no water coming out at all next morning. Staff wanted to charge 2k for an old missing towel, but we ended up finding it.

Water pressure is very weak.

Good location. Staff helped with booking in the whale shark watching so we didn't have to wait in the queue. Very nice view from terrace. Good breakfasts.

Very dirty Unhygienic

The location was conveniently close to my spouses venue (I was not present). Good for a few nights stay.

They really need more variety for breakfast (especially for those who will stay for a few nights).
