all good but you need a taxi to get to most places as you are far from town. a smart tv would be nice -just nit picking

wonderful sea views from a modern and spacious room. staff were very helpful and professional. the location is quiet and peaceful as its on the furthest point of the bay.

It was our 2nd stay at Arterra. During our first stay, breakfast was buffet set up. During our 2nd stay, breakfast became plated. The food was still good although I was surprised with the change.

No AC in the gym made it unusable. Location is a bit far away from everything but the trade off is your right on the coast with a beautiful view. Internet connection wasn't the best & the balcony had quite a lot of bird poo on it. But again they can realistically only do so much with that.

The staff were all fantastic. Anything you needed they would help you. Always said good morning with a smile and always opened the door for you. Great staff service and very welcoming! The bed was comfy and spacious, tea & coffee in the room each morning. They let me have an extra hour in the pool one evening too. It's pretty good value for money. I would probably stay here again.

I went to this place the gym, all but one Cardio equipment was down and out of order. So that was not good. I tired to walk out side the place but your limited where you can walk because the location of this place. So you have to be creative

If you want to stay in a quiet and relaxing place, this is a the place to go. The staffs are very accommodating especially to Jack from the concierge department, always greet you good morning and even take a photo of us before we left the hotel. The food is very good and breakfast was buffet. The room was very clean and bed is so comfy, we are definitely coming back.

It was awful, main thing was lack of dining, we checked in for 3 nights to get a couple of days R&R before traveling home, on arrival we were told restaurant open from 6.00am to 5.00pm, then told next day till 9.30pm. First day tried to order lunch but they weren't open. Then they told us Restaurant open again from 5.00pm to 7.00pm but only serving (inadequate) breakfast. They offered to order in Mc Donalds or Jolibee, Ironic as the policy they sent when we made the booking says no outside foods allowed Web site shows 24hour room service - they don't have. -Its not as if there are any alternatives close by.
