We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

AustraliaThe renovation seems to be taking forever and is very disruptive. When I checked in they were overbooked and the staff had to find an apartment nearby and gave me an "upgrade". Their admin processes are a bit shambolic like other hotels in the chain. Takes forever to check in and check out, so the queues can be quite long at reception.
It's still close to the airport. The only redeeming feature. The Jacksons Bar is very good.

Papua New GuineaThe rooms need to be checked before putting people in them. having to wait an hour after checking for maintenance to check the air condition in the room is not Idle for any customer especially when they have infants or children.
The room I was initially put in didn't have a functioning air condition. Maintenance Guys were sent to fix but couldn't fix. had to wait an hour with my infant which was really bad. But I was upgraded to an apartment so it was Fine.
