My room faced the street, so it did get noisy at times, but was quite fine because I wore earplugs.

I had booked a private room with washroom and got a family suite. It had four beds and a very small attached bathroom. Everything was clean that were comfortable. Washer and shower was quite small, but manageable. Small breakfast with tea, juice, toast, scrambled egg. Staff were very friendly and eager to help.

It can get very noisy sometimes from the outside traffic.

We booked the room for a quick stop during the day. It served its purpose very well. The staff was just beyond amazing. We asked for hot water and they boiled the water in the kitchen and gave us without hesitation.

The shower water was not sufficiently hot. I started taking a shower and had to rush through it as the water was getting progressively colder despite having waited for it to get warm for a long time. Also the room was cold and no heating was being offered other than extra blankets.

Super gentle staff, we could leave the luggage 2 days before and we book a Titicaca lake tour with them at a very good price. Very central location.

Good value for money, it is located very close to the city centre, the room was big and clean. The shower was good.

We requested a quiet room but you could hear other people staying the accommodation very loudly from our room on the first night. We needed to leave at 6am for a bus but the outside doors were locked so we needed to find the host and wake them up at 6am to let us out so it would be best to tell them in advance if you need to leave early.

Nice place in a good location to access everything in Pune, close to the main square. We had a good hot water shower and Wi-Fi. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. The accommodation did washing for us which was a little expensive but was convenient for us. They lost one item but quickly found it for us when we notified them. We booked a boat tour to the islands through the accommodation which worked well.

The location was convenient and quiet during the night and the rooms had good furnishings. They are also happy to store some luggage for you.

The first time we stayed we had hot water, the second time we stayed we didn’t. And also when the water was running it spurted out brown water and lost pressure. Probably a thing in Puno. The curtains were pointless too.

Comfortable beds and good location. The WiFi is pretty good too in comparison to other places we have been. Staff very friendly and they also stored our bags whilst we went to the Uros Islands. Good value for money.

The walls are super thin so you hear everything. Ear plugs were key! There were windows out to the hallway so anytime someone turned the hall light on it lit up our room. We had to pay cash bc the credit card machine was down but saw later it was working and others were able to use it.

Staff were amazing and helpful and even allowed us to check in at 5am when we arrived from an overnight bus! Wifi worked great and breakfast was nice and well priced only 10 PEN per person. Rooms were clean and the bed was comfortable. Overall GREAT value.

the price for a double room with private bathroom is excellent. the room was large which a big bathroom. the bed was comfortable and extra pillows were provided. the staff were very friendly and the hotel was quiet.

Stayed 2 nights in total in two different rooms. 207 was really cold at night, the bathroom window was facing outside so all the cold came from there, I was actually scared to go to the bathroom. Room 205 was a bit better in term of temperature since it was mostly inside the building. No matter how many blankets you use, I don't really imagine myself walking about with three blankets on me in order to relieve myself in the middle of the night.

Clean room, friendly and helpful staff, location a few blocks away from the main square. Possible to book trips to the floating islands at the reception with a pick-up at the door (if the trafic allows it).

We booked a twin room and ended up in a room with 4 beds to ourselves! Beds were super comfy and the shower was fantastic, great pressure and very hot water - best I'd had in weeks.

The hotel had a deserted ambiance, giving it a ghosted appearance. The breakfast provided was extremely basic. Additionally, we experienced disturbances as loud music from neighboring rooms was audible. Moreover, the bathroom window lacked curtains, making it visible from the outside, creating an uncomfortable atmosphere.
