Hairdryer hurt your hand to use because you have to squeeze the handle to turn it on. Not a huge deal but not very ergonomic. I would still stay here in the future

Amazing location so close to the plaza and shopping. Lots of great restaurants on the same street. Rooms are small but functional. Breakfast was included and delicious. They happily stored our bags for the day as well

Excellent location. It's literally in the middle of the city centre. Very friendly staff even though not all can speak English, but it's Peru, all good. Most important thing is they're helpful. The breakfast included is simple but it's good enough. Room is small but great value for the price and clean.

Only thing was European woman (owner?) who coughed, blew her nose, and talked a lot in breakfast room.

Excellent location, right behind the cathedral and Main Square. Within a block of bars, restaurants, nightlife, and museums. Hotel staff very professional and responsive. Room was best appointed of hotels on this trip. Multiple electric outlets. Bathroom had soap and shampoo as well as hand towels, and bath shower towel mat. Also decor was modern. Large European style windows and doors. Breakfast had many varieties of items and eggs prepared to order.

Beds were a bit hard but we were so tired, slept great.

Location was perfect for walking to attractions but not too busy like city center. Staff was very professional and friendly, making sure we had what we needed. The 2 bedroom apartment had a stunning view of the city.

Our room was facing the main street that is very noisy. We also booked all the tours at the hotel, but not all the information were accurate. Also when we got strong food poisoning and altitute sickness at the same time, we couldn't get a refound for the trip we had to cancel. No cancelation policy was mentioned, and then when we wanted to know exacly the terms it was 2 day before the trip, and then until 12 a.m. before the trip...We felt a little but scamed.

The staff is very kind and helpful.The hotel has great location in the historic centre of Cusco and the room was clean. The breakfast is great and they even prepare the breakfast to go if you have a trip planed early.

The hotel is located a few feet from the main square. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. The staff were very good and helpful. The breakfast was good with eggs, juice, coffee, bread, pastries and meat.

Very centrally located, 2 min walk to main square. Felt very safe and clean for our family. Some of these reviews are outdated because you do not need to enter through a shop...the hotel has its own entrance from the street and there was a front desk staff present 24/7, all very friendly and helpful! We use a white noise machine at night and the street noise wasn't a problem for us. They sell large (huge!!) bottles of water for 5 soles that can serve a family for 2 days.

The staffs are super friendly and helpful. They treat you as their family. I felt very warm and safe there. The tours they booked for me were top notch which I really enjoyed. Restaurants, bars, shoppings and tourist offices are very close to the hotel. The Cathedral is a 4 mins walks from the apartment and main square is 3 mins walk only. Loved the juice from the breakfast buffet. It was a simple and healthy breakfast and they cook the egg for you as requested. The bed is comfortable and the room size is good enough for me. I don't feel nosy even though my room is facing the street. You can hear the music from the bar which is opposite to the hotel at night. It doesn't bother me at all but an ear plugs would save you if you a light sleeper. Will stay again definitely !!!

Everything . We stayed at one of two apartments. It was huge and such a good value for the size, and it was nice and updated .Staff went way out of their way to help us. Right next to the main square and great restaurants on the same block.

The noise from the nearby Irish Bar can be a bit noisy in one of the bedrooms, some ear plugs sorted that out.

We were in the apartment which was very spacious for the 2 of us and had great views. The staff were lovely, we got our laundry done quickly and cheaply. Great location a few steps away from the main square, lots of lovely places to eat and drink. The staff also organised the taxi for us. There was a basic breakfast but we didn’t take it on the mornings we were there.
