Just a side note (not related to the bed and breakfast itself): the Uber app had trouble finding the exact address. I recommend double-check the location on Google Maps before requesting a ride.

The owners of the bed and breakfast are incredibly kind and will go out of their way to make you feel comfortable. The beds are very cozy, and although there’s no central heating, don’t worry—they provide plenty of warm blankets to keep you comfortable. At one point, I was actually too warm and had to remove a few! The breakfast area is beautiful, and everything served is natural and delicious. The location is excellent—just steps from a grocery store, the San Pedro Market, and only a few minutes' walk to the Plaza de Armas.

Need to be careful with steps

It's in a great location next to the San Pedro Market and a short walk to the main square. Plenty of great restrautants and a supermarket nearby. and There are laundries nearby with very reasonable price. The bed is comfortable, and water pressure is good for a hot shower. It's run by a beautiful family who is caring and thoughtful. They provided nice breakfast and listened to my needs. They even packed breakfast to me when I told them I need to leave in the early morning. It feels like home there.

While there was a common area, it was kind of dark and not easy to access since it was locked. I would have liked to have had a space to hang out other than the room. The purified water they provided was also in this locked common room.

While the room was very basic and a bit small (reminded me of some of the B&Bs I stayed at in Europe), it was clean and had everything I would need: a heater, a fridge, a hair dryer, a hot water kettle. The bed was comfortable and the noise level wasn't bad considering the location. I felt very safe as the place was locked up tighter than a drum! They served breakfast but I had to leave early so they packed me one to go. It is more of a "local" style place and none of the staff spoke english but for the price is was great!

Some road noise during the day but fine overnight - comes with being in the busy historical district.

Excellent location. Hosts were incredibly helpful and accommodating despite our language barrier. Beds are comfortable and blankets very warm. Hot showers. Nice breakfast. Tea and coca leaves always available in room. Packed lunch if you leave early is also excellent! Stayed here several times around activities outside Cusco and would stay again in a heartbeat.

The beds were the comfiest we had during our Peru trip, no question about it. The hosts were over the top on kindness and helpfulness. Breakfast was extremely good and complete with local ingredients and traditional food.

The only downside for some people may be the noise as it’s located on a busy street. I always travel with earplugs, so it was no biggy for me.

I give the highest rating possible to the owners, Manuel and Mari, of this bed and breakfast. They treated us like family. They will bend over backwards with the kindness in their hearts to make your stay pleasant. In winter, it is cold in Cuzco, and heating is not a common commodity, but in this place, they will give you the finest and heaviest alpaca blankets and I woke up every morning actually hot. They will serve you a simple but tasty breakfast including fresh fruits and a freshly squeezed juice. The location is superb if you want to be close to the main plazas and restaurants.

Obviously, the location is great: close to the historic center, train station, bus stop, supermarket and San Pedro regional market. But the most important is the warm, friendly atmosphere created by the family that runs this hotel. You feel welcomed and cared for. It's not a luxury place, but there is everything you need for a few days stay: comfortable bed with plenty of warm blankets, hot water for shower, refrigerator, water kettle with tea bags and of course the delicious, freshly made breakfast every day. I would definitely recommend this place.
