The room and the accommodations of the hotel are quite basic. The double bed is small for two people. The whole bathroom gets very wet when you shower, they could provide a floor mat.

The staff was very friendly and easy to contact at all times. The room and the hotel are very silent and they have tea available that you can always take. The room was very clean and location is amazing, close to everything in San Blas and the city center. Since our flight was in the evening, they let us leave our bags at the hotel after check-out. I would certainly recommend the place. Very hot shower!

The owners were extremely accommodating and friendly. Really good location. Rooms were very comfortable. Free tea and coffee provided. They provided a heater on request and had a hairdryer on site also. Would definitely recommend!! They allowed us to leave our luggage here whilst we went to do the Salkantay and Amazon tours

We had such a great stay at Nature Home- Christian was so exceptionally kind and helpful and went out of his way to help my boyfriend to contact the bank when the cashpoint took money from his card as our Spanish is quite limited ! He also let us check out late before our night bus which was much appreciated as our bus came in late the night before and we were quite exhausted. The hostel had hot showers and teas and coffee on offer 24/7. It is in a perfect location in San Blas surround by restaurants and bars.

There were some plumbing problems at the time so we couldn't get hot water early in the morning. But the owner helped with that too abd fixed the problem too.

The owner was very friendly and very helpful. The place was super clean. The location was ideal, too. I had a very late checkin , and the owner ensured i was able to do a smooth checkin with proper instructions. The place was a total catch for the price.

We were staying at the Nature home hostel for 4 nights. The area where the hostel is located is one of the moste beautiful ones of Cusco! It's in walking distance from all the best places to see and has everything you need close by. The rooms are very good for the prices and the showers have hot water! They clean every day and look out for you. We could leave our backpacks there when going to MachuPicchu and got our room reserved for when coming back. The host Christian is a great guy who helped us out with everything we needed! I got sick on the last night and had to go to the hospital so he organzied a taxi for us, recommended the best clinic in town and gave me a blanket to go as I was freezing all the time! We stayed over night in the hospital and on the next day we had to check out. So Christian always stayed in contact with us to make sure I am okay, he organized some things for us and even picked up our laundry for us!! He is very adorable and we were really lucky to have him as our host. It's a 100% recommendation and again thank you very much Christian for helping and looking out for me! *until we see us next time* :)

Kitchen was locked up every night and was unlocked whenever the staff showed up in the morning. This made it difficult to plan your morning as you did not know when you could get in to make breakfast.

Location was great. Nice view from the roof. Kitchen was really helpful for breakfasts. Christian was kind and helped us figure a few things out including guides and trains. Free tea all day.

It's a very nice place, comfortable and clean. The street is very beautiful. Keep in mind some tours are not able to pick you up on the hotel door because the street is narrow and drivers don't like to get in, you might be asked to walk to another bigger street.

The standard pillows are made of 'memory foam'. My partner couldn't sleep well on them, but the staff helped us with another pillow that suited him better. All though the staff was very helpful, they weren't always easy to find.

Nature home is a nice little hotel set in a cute little street. The rooms are comfortable and the showers are hot. The beds have enough blankets and the staff are very willing to provide you with whatever you may need.
