Very nice place, close to central area, with clean and comfortable bedrooms, and most of all, excellent and very helpful staff! They helped all the time, since the very early arrival (5 am), passing through preparing breakfast bags when we had early tours, and also after the checkout (luggage storage). Thanks a lot!

Great location with comfortable beds.

Bathroom and showers were a bit small and hot water did not last long. Room had poor ventilation.

Do not take room number 101. There were huge issues to setup warm water (hot, cold, hot, cold in 1 minute) and it's not possible to turn on the light without ventilation (in the bathroom) which was connected to outside. Imagine 3deg outside and you want to take hot shower while super cold air is sucked into your bathroom. We were taking the shower without light.. Also really loud due to people walking above this room.

Nice cute hotel in the heart of the city. The people so nice and friendly. I suggest everyone this hotel.

The location, and value for money. Staff is friendly and very willing to help. They helped arrange cab for pickup/drop and were very open to help us store our suitcase when we checked-out for a trip to Machu Picchu. They also provided us with a heater for the cold early mornings, which made the stay that much more comfortable.

The property is located on a street close to the main square in an interior courtyard. Due to this reason, it is somewhat isolated from the street noise. Many restaurants can be found on the streets around. The room was comfortable, clean, and it had all the necessary facilities. I was also provided with a tea selection and a hot water thermos in the room everyday. The breakfast was great with many different options. On the last day they prepared a breakfast bag for me, since I was leaving very early. They also arranged for a car to take me to the airport at a very early hour.

The bathroom was quite small and the sink tap only provided cold water. However the shower had warm water at all times. Although the premises of the property were quiet, the interior walls were somewhat thin and I could hear the conversations from the neighbouring room at times.

Location was great and personel very friendly. Great value for money!

Staff were very kind and helpful with all our requests - they even surprised us with delivering hot tea to our room. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was simple but enough to start the day. Location was ace - near the main plaza but quiet enough that you didn’t hear traffic noise.

The hot water in the showers were hit and miss - probably due to the building being old (we just had to be very patient with it). Another thing to be mindful is there are only stairs and no lift.

Absolutely amazing staff. Super kind and helpful every step of the way. Super good value for the moderate price.

The room was clean and it had a good location The reception was so nice as well, we were going to do a tour each day, and the lady always gave us a breakfast to go the night before Some candies, water, fruit and a cookies, really appreciated this!
