This property always offer an exceptional customer service, every detail in the facilities is amazing. Makes feel really comfy and cozy, if you don’t want to be in the room you can stay in the garden which is beautiful.

We had a wonderful stay here and would definitely return. The room and the gardens were beautiful. The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was fresh, tasty, and a good value. Centrally located, but very quiet at night.

We stayed in the cottage that was a small separate building in the garden. The cottage was nice and comfortable. Also, the garden outside was beautiful and full of birds. We had breakfast in this garden. The small hotel complex is located on the main street of Valle de Anton, easy to find. There is also a pool, we used it after hiking in the mountains.

We loved the spacious, beautiful room and the big comfy bed. The garden and pool were also lovely, but we didn't get to use it much because of the bad weather. The staff were also very friendly and helpful.

Perfect and quiet location with shops and restaurants nearby. Beautiful garden and swimmingpool. We stayed in the cozy bungalow with patio (room nr. 6) with a little terrace and a nice view of the garden. The breakfast was excellent and the staf was very helpful. We will definitely return when we visit the lovely village of Valle de Anton again!

Everything was great.

Great specious and clean rooms. Loved the garden, with lots of different flowers, bird- and butterfly species. Saw a hummingbird two times.

It is exquisite, just like the pictures that advertise it! Our room was quite huge and so super comfy, and even had a small fridge / freezer that we didn't expect, but helped a lot! Walking around in the garden was fabulous ... the landscaping and lushness is truly wonderful. We loved sitting outside with drinks next to the pool, under the palapa, as it was so serene and quiet. You can walk anywhere in El Valle from this location, but it's also very quiet so you don't even feel like you're right in town. Superb everything. Highly recommend! :D

Room 4 is probably the worst room at the property because the sun beats on it and you need to keep all the curtains closed for sun and people outside.

Close to town, adorable, beautiful gardens to spend time in and the pool was very nice.

The showers were hard to adjust for the water temperature.

Incredibly lovely grounds. Our room was cozy and well appointed, with a hammock and seating on the patio. The staff was accommodating and friendly. Great location.

Parking was a little tight but seemed to be adequate for the number of guests. At the time of our stay (Jan 2025), there was bridge construction in progress immediately in front of the property. The entrance to the hotel is right next to the bridge. There is some noise during the day, but it is quiet at night.

The location is excellent, close to restaurants, but far enough away to avoid noisemakers. This is a small older hacienda style hotel with beautiful gardens. There are lots of outdoor seating spaces to enjoy. Property is well maintained. Many restaurants are within walking distance.

Our stay included breakfast but for most options we had to pay extra money. Only bread with eggs was free, all the other things you might see on the pictures cost extra money (oatmeal, fruitplatter, pancakes etc).

The only thing I noticed was I got a couple bites in night and noticed a few extremely small insects on bed sheets. However, that could happen anywhere. I would not hesitate to book again. Nice clean unit.

Nothing to dislike about our stay.

First, I liked that the hotel was centrally located with stores and restaurants within walking distance. Secondly, I found the room to be very posh for its reasonable price. Lastly, the staff was amazing. Judy, was very personable, beyond helpful, and knowledgeable. Tomás and the young lady (whose name escapes me right now) who cleaned and prepared our room, were very kind and helpful. Wonderful place with wonderful people.

Lovely atmosphere, central in the valley. Staff are very friendly and helpful. There is a swimming pool and a huge garden as well as equipment to play darts, table tennis, etc. A perfect facility to stay when you are in the valley for hikes
