The only drawback was that our room had a connecting door to the neighboring one — although it was locked, it affected the sound insulation.

The hotel is in a wonderful location — tucked away from the noise of the center, yet only a pleasant 5–10 minute walk along the beach to get there. Breakfast is simple but tasty, and everything felt fresh. The room was very clean and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay.

Playa venao is a top spot especially for surfers; surf is the only one activity. The beach is very nice and well protected from big waves; Sea temperature is around 28 Deg which is quite pleasant! Room is big and well equipped; nothing fancy but all is fine.

Noise levels from the development down the beach that included loud music until 3:30 AM in the morning. The next night there was a lot of noise from people talking near our room. It was a lovely stay, but it was not very restful when it came to sleeping.

The location in view was amazing. That is such a beautiful beach.

Apartment was not equiped well with apliances and basic things to prepare even easy breakfast. Very big dissapointment, especialy when this was a third stay in area and we had a chance to compare. It is sold as fully equiped apartment, but they need an upgrade at least to kitchen ware.

Grounds at the condos needs some cleaning

The hotel was lovely and the food delicious. We stayed at the condos but I feel like the grounds to walk to the hotel could be nicer. The grass was overgrown and we actually saw a snake The pool by the condos needs some TLC.

The unit is on the lower level and sandwiched between two units on the side so if you have louder neighbors they may disturb your peace and tranquility. Our unit also did not have a dishwasher which was a bit of a pain. It's a bit on the pricey end of places to stay as well.

Great location and plenty of space with a nice view of the beach. Staff were friendly and knowledgeable. Best asset was its location away from the center - you can still hear electronic dance music on national holidays/some weekend days but it's not too loud in this location.

We wish there was a way to access the Villa through the beach at night, ideally with some lighting to guide the way. This time, having a car made it easier to drive to the center every evening, but on the nights we walked back via the beach, we had to rely on the flashlights on our phones. Additionally, the fans on the porch were not working and need to be repaired. With the humidity and mosquitoes, having functioning fans would make the outdoor space much more comfortable. I’d also suggest adding some basic kitchen essentials like salt, pepper, sugar, and oil. These small additions would make it easier to prepare light meals without having to purchase full-sized packs for just a few days’ stay. Lastly, providing an extra towel for the floor near the entrance from the porch would be very helpful. It would make it easier to keep the space clean, especially on rainy days.

The Villas are perfectly located at the end of the bay, offering breathtaking views and a peaceful, relaxing atmosphere. They are quiet yet close enough to the center and all the commotion, striking the perfect balance. It's an ideal spot for walking to the surfing area in the morning and spending the rest of the day unwinding in this serene location. We particularly loved having a space to practice yoga each morning with stunning views, followed by peaceful walks along the beach. The Villa itself was wonderful—spacious, comfortable, and with incredible views. The staff were friendly and always quick to respond to any requests. As nature lovers, we appreciated the nearby hiking trail, which is full of wildlife and leads to the next beach. It was a truly magical experience! We love it hear and keep coming back!

It’s a very peaceful place! Great views! The pool is very clean and beautiful. The room is simple but nice. It have all that’s needed (air conditioner, comfy bed and pillows, TV, hot water if needed) . I drank some excellent-tasteful margaritas .

This property was BEAUTIFUL even during the off season with rainy days it was paradise. The staff was incredible and so accommodating and the food was delicious. The pool was fantastic, the view was spectacular, and the wild life was something else! I got to watch a sunrise with a crab, and came back to my room to find a little lizard friend had come in while I kept my door open and took a snooze on my bed. Hermit crabs were a delight to spot by the river area as well, and seashell hunting was delightful! 12/10 will be back again, but with more people!!

The apartment area is shared by owners/renters and the unit behind us had a big dog they let go loose. It defecated by our apartment, came up to our dog who was on a leash (luckily our dog is friendly) and swam in the pool and was play biting/scratching at my partner.

Facilities and grounds were very clean. Staff went above and beyond in every aspect - they were exceptional. They were very friendly and hospitable. The swimming pools were clean. The 2 bedroom apartment was a perfect size for 4 people and the kitchen had everything we needed. The view from the unit was beautiful. We were extremely happy with the location. It's at the quiet end of the beach.
