The bed was a mess. The mattress was packed into some kind of plastic foil which made noises like cling wrap and made us sweat all night. On top of that either the matress was very old and saggy or the slatted frame was broken. In short it felt like sleeping on homer simpsons couch

Location was super cool, hotel was very nice and clean. Everything was new or kept in good condition! We would go there again. Kitchen was also well equiped for the available space.

The curtain fell off a broken curtain rod the moment we wanted to close it. The towel rail in the bathroom fell off the wall the moment I tried putting a towel on there. Simple to fix.

Everything was almost perfect - will be back for sure and can only highly recommend.

We never met the host. There was no one ever at the villa to provide any information about the area and surrounding activities. We were contacted by someone digitally but never met them and had to figure out where our room was and how to access the lodging in the dark. It was a bit complicated and we struggled to locate the room since we were not familiar with the villa layout.

The kitchen was well equipped and the bed was comfortable.

The sofa was too small to hang with 4 people in the living room. There was small table outside the house but no real space to play board game with friends or just chill out. Additionally the two bedroom house was not at the villa Alejandro place where they have beautiful garden and more chilly vibe. It’s situated by the road.

Staff was very friendly, the house was clean and good smell, beds were comfy and even Netflix was there to enjoy the evenings. You have quite well equipped kitchen as well.

No hot water in kitchen. No small plates in cupboard. Lights outside as they shined into room at night. Very minor inconveniences.

The garden directly outside the room. It was beautiful to watch the birds and insects. The no shoe policy inside. Thankyou - this felt like home. Also fresh flowers in room. Nice crisp bed linen and regular optional towel changes.

Bathroom could be cleaner, tiny window isn’t enough for airflow so there’s mould. The curtains had lots of marks on them. The common area was great, however, very noisy, lying in bed in the room, we could hear entire conversations int he kitchen/living area

There is nothing I didn't like. They require you to take your shoes off before entering, which at times was a bit annoying but helped to keep everything clean.

This hotel is well-located within walking distance of Boquete. The staff are extremely helpful, reliable, and pleasant. The entire place is spotless. There was a full-service kitchen that we appreciated, so we didn't have to eat every meal out. The staff accommodated any needs we had. It was quiet, too. We highly recommend it, and I will stay there again.

Loud music (you can feel the base) on Saturday starting at 21pm from somewhere (hostel next door?), until early in the morning. Possible also on Fridays. Location is great, only a few minutes walk.

It poured rain everyday and didn’t feel good about parking on street with water gushing down side of street. Toney barely toilet side seated ready. No hot water. they did shut off water for repair one day while we were there. All in all lovely

decor inside was comfy. Other rooms were much bigger than what we ended up with. Staff very helpful! fun to cook and chat with other guests traveling. world travelers!

The street where the facility is located is kind of lonely and a little steep if you want to walk (might be an issue for people with a disability), they didn't have an option for late checkout.

The location is excellent! A few streets from the main avenue with food, drinks and coffee of course, they got recommendations for things to do besides the mentioned above, facilities were great and the staff was helpful all the time.

Our 2 bedroom cottage was on a fairly busy street and the road noise was quite noticeable(loud mufflers, music from cars). The cottage was obviously quite old and the floor under the dining table was quite slanted, we could feel the slope as we walked around that area.

Proximity to downtown was very good, beds were comfortable and it was nice to have a kitchen for some cooking. Staff were very professional and helpful, very responsive as well.

When I booked the room, the description of the room said the entire main floor so when I arrived, I was a bit surprised that there’s actually multiple rooms on the main floor of the house. It wasn’t too big of an issue, as there weren’t other people on the same floor however, if there were, it might not have been so quiet.

It was a great location. Only blocks to the town centre which was nice.

There's only one thing we didn't like, and it's very minor. We had to fill out a separate form for each of the family members staying (kids included!). It was pretty time-consuming after a long trip, and mostly involved repeating the same information over and over. One form for all 4 of us would have made way more sense.

The fact that there is no housekeeping. The floors of the rooms aren’t swiped everyday, the trash is not picked everyday. Bathroom was very old, crackly shower door. The pillowcases were small and 1/3 of the pillows were exposed. The comforter was just layed on a layer of a flat sheet. You could see the comforter, I asked for a duvet cover so my face and body doesn’t touch the naked comforter but they didn’t have one.
